Sugar Nail Catalina

This place deserves a better rating! I stopped in despite some of their reviews. My experience was amazing , Shareena fixed my botched nails and gave me a cool design and a nice shape. The place was clean, the receptionist was very nice on the phone, and she got me in so fast. Thank you so much I will be coming back to Shareena!

I always have a great experience when I’m here. Great customer service and high quality long lasting nail polish. Stella is my favorite due to being the most meticulous, but I have no complaints about anyone as they are all great nail artists. I leave happy with my nails every time. They listen to what I want and execute!

I dont know why they only have 3.5 stars. This place is amazing. Everyone was so friendly. I walked in and they were able to accommodate me.
I have been to alot of nail salons are basically nail chop shops, this isnt that. Everything is so clean & the staff really take pride in their work. Run, dont walk to Sugar Nail

I walked in for a $25 manicure on a Thursday morning. Bryan did a very professional job! His station is spotless, he is quick, precise and has great attention to detail. The cashier/host was very polite and helpful when I needed help getting my card out of my wallet after my nails were done. I enjoyed my experience and look forward to the next visit. Thank you!

was a little worried because of the reviews but really didn’t have any complaints! they were able to sit me down without an appointment and the salon was clean and comfortable. gel manicure prices I found to be standard for korean/japanese gel brands.

I came in for a deluxe pedicure, which was serviced by Sherene and Erick who provided exceptional customer service, and did a fantastic job. To add, Rosemary was able to accommodate my appointment and provided nothing but exceptional customer service and hospitality! Thank you so much, guys!

Not a wow place, but dependable … my go to place for last min appt. I can usually call and get a quick appt I’ve never been turned away. Employees are attentive, nice and accommodating. The location is great especially if you use public r transportation ( it’s close to Wilshire western station and kind of close to the Wilda d Vermont station. And on the weekends I love to get my nails done and pick up a coffee from the alchemy project

Been going here since I discovered it after an orange theory class next door. Free 90 minute parking and sipping an Alchemist coffee from a couple doors down while getting my service is always a great day!!

Dani my girl. Clean manicure and gel job indestructible. I do bring my own gel bond, base, color, and top coat. This is a good week post. Also I do use cuticle oil and hand cream religiously.

I always get a gel pedi here and I love it. I’ve walked in and made a reservation and haven’t had to wait before. The staff is also much nicer here compared to the other locations. Very clean and consistent service.

END to END : We had a wonderful experience.

You know, it's hard to get my boyfriend out for a (mani/pedi), I am a man myself. We usually go to Santa Monica or the west side for nail maintenance. Believe me when I tell you, this establishment DID NOT DISAPPOINT!

Sabrina was an extremely welcoming host. She was the person working the front desk and she remembered me from when I booked the appointment, which felt very personal in a warming way. They seemed to have a small window for us to make it in for mani/pedis for a same day booking, and she was happy to have us.

After Sabrina walked us in we were greeted by Kelly and YJ.

From the jump they were extremely friendly.

Kelly: She helped my boyfriend. She is very witty, and kind. A very nice person to be around. She was a comfortable touch. My boyfriend said the same thing about his experience, he said "she had the softest touch". His hands and feet looks amazing (so I can't complain).

Yujin (YJ): I really hope I get YJ's info correct, because I will be referring many people, until the next time I see her. A true artist in her form. She wanted to experiment with color, completion, and weirdly enough... SCIENCE. Caught my vibe from the jump, and really cared about my choices in color and creativity, while coaching but collaborative. (I ended up doing matte cat eye in a green/iridescent greenish,grey) , it is FIRE!!)

Sabrina was checking in and tending to us in the salon consistently. There was a women there who was. little impatient and maybe rude, but she Sabrina handled it beautifully and continued to make a great experience for her and everyone else.

We will ABSOLUTELY be back to see Kelly, YJ and Sabrina.

End rant.

Went there yesterday and got a manicure and mom got a pedicure and we both loved it. Moms pedicure was real good and they ended up correcting a nail that was growing incorrectly so that makes me give them 5 stars because they did what they didn’t have to do….which says that they do thier job with love.

Pedicure and manicure was perfect. The girls took time to do them because they were making sure it looked perfect. Look for Iris, she was very nice and did a great job.

This is my 5th visit and every time they do my nails and toes amazing. My appointments always in time. I don’t remember the names of nail technicians but all of them very experienced. Thank you very much Sugar Nail.
