Tacos Gavilan

I like that this place has enough parking. And a lot of tables to eat. The torta cubana was good. I enjoyed it. The agua de piña was ok too. The green sauce was ok it could be better though I could not taste the spicy flavor from it.

Although Tacos Gavilan is a chain, I have to give them kudos with consistency. You can go to any of their 14 SoCal locations and expect to get the same great flavor, size and customer service. The al pastor burrito slaps and is super flavorful, pair it with a hint of lemon and salsa, goooodness! They are reasonably priced and offer taco Tuesdays! Inside is always clean and service fast! Give them a try if you ever pass by one!
Pre-covid they offered an amazing salsa bar, where one can get cilantro, onions, pickled jalapeno and carrots, radish and salsas. This time around I visited the drive thru but a few months back the salsa bar still wasn’t open.

My mom used to come here when she was pregnant with me. Back before it was a building and it was just a little taco truck. I love to see how far they’ve come. I love coming here. The food is always delicious.

Ordered for an office Cinco de Mayo fiesta. Food was delicious and the Jamaica drink was original not powder. DELICIOUS

The carne asada quesadilla was trash they just had a lot of cheese in it and the meat was nasty but I like their carne asada burritos it all depends on who's cooking that day

Really good place to eat, worth spending my money here. Unlimited condiments makes my food taste even a lot better with frijolitos and Jalapeños mmmmm😋😋

The food is amazing and their service is friendly and fast. I had an issue with my bank card (the woes of traveling) and they were more than accommodating. The layout for the condiment bar is a little awkward but that was my only feedback.

One of the top fast food restaurants of authentic Mexican food, the taste is great and prices are very affordable. I have visited many restaurants around the area, however when it comes to taste and cleanness this is the number one on my least. Try it it’s worth it..

The best Taco in the city. I dont know qhat they put in them taco but its delicious! Everything always clean . Love the indviual packing ease to dine in or to go.

I used to go here when it was a outdoors gavilan. It’s new look with plenty of seating area is outstanding. I’m assuming it’s design is to accommodate the City of LA night clubbers..

Oh my lord this place is the king of fast Mexican. This and Sabrosada are undefeated. The super burritos are exactly what I'm looking for, and the sopes are incredible. Even when you order through a food app, the food comes quickly and is well packaged so the meal is as good as you can get if not ordering at the store directly.

Tacos are tasty, not greasy and just great! The other main reason why I also like this place it's because of their cleanliness.

Pretty dank ..a bit pricey , but they give beans on the side , so overall it's a good spot.

Always hits the spot. It’s a taco spot that made it big, however, didn’t sell out. It’s been a staple of the inner city for years. If you like street food but get Icked out because there’s random chihuahuas running around, this is the place for you. It’s clean, it’s street food at heart, and it’s terrific.

Honestly took us a while to try this place at first.. was a joke around the community/friends. We finally went to go try it ourselves and it's our 2nd favorite place, the food is good. The meat is flavorful and we have never had a problem with service or orders being done wrong. Their tacos de cabeza are amazing. And I'm hella picky on that xD

Gavilan is a great local staple of a chain. They can have as much of my money as they want.

This place is SUPER clean and the food is delicious. All the condiments are packaged safely and fresh. Esmeralda was very nice and helpful when taking my order. Today was my first time visiting this establishment and I will definitely be returning on a regular basis. SUPER BURRITO CARNITAS...good price...great taste.

The tacos were very good and the orchata was delicious. The customer service was very good too.
