There was an apt. for rent that I was interested into, I spoke with Daniella about the place and she offered me to fill out a application in which I did and paid for. Two weeks went by, so I called to check the status she answers and says she will call me back, she never called back, a few days ahead someone else answered and I asked to speak with her they asked me my name, I told them, then put me on hold and came back and told me she was in a meeting and took a msg and says she will call me later, never happened, I did that a couple more times with the same response. I finally got a hold of her after seeing that the apt. was back posted on the Internet and asked her did someone already take the apt. or what was wrong with my application and if something was wrong like credit score or something to just let me know, she says no one had the apt yet and if something was wrong she would've told me, then she mentions she will call me back when she looks at my application again and never called back or nothing. Daniella is VERY unprofessional, if you weren't interested you should tell that person right then and there, but screening calls and not returning them back is rude and not professional. I would never refer anyone to this realty based off of one person.

They lack the “standard of care” and “due diligence” and ethics that is required in any business. They continued to charge management fees as my vacant property had vagrants continually occupied my property. With no help from Essence, I had the vagrants removed. Essence provided inconsistent expense reports including inflated expenses such as gardening for $180 per month. When the local rate is $60 per month.

Feb 3, 2014. I have Essence business tenant want to rent my property at Spring lake valley Victorville area. I am on the process my client's application, One of the process is I have to give some questions regarding there tenant. But Helen (one of the Essence worker) doesn't want to cooperate or release the information regarding their tenant. She is been difficult to communicate. We faxed the questions paper last Tuesday Jan 28, but we never received it back the answers.I called her today to follow up the paper, she said we faxed it back last week. I have my fax mecine with me If I received, I received, but I don't received any fax back from Helen. So I asked her to fax it again, she said I am in the meeting. So I said when you can fax it back? she said I tell my corespondent desk to check the file. so i ask her again when are you going to fax it back ? she said, ok bye... and she hung up the phone. I don't get it what is so difficult to fax it back? That's why I am so done to talk with her. She make the company looks bad. bad service and bad attitude.
I hope if anyone read this review, make sure that you get the good person who help you..in this company.

Rented a property in paramount from them, they never fixed anything until I called the department of health and safety. My condo had mold, rats, busted pipes, roof was dry rotted and a number of other things they refused to fix... Horrible experience with this company surprised they're not shut down yet

Horrible horrible service never can get a hold of anyone and they don't fix any issue with tenants just always say they are working it or will call back and of recent I been calling for the past 4 months not a single person has answered nothing ever gets done to help tenants I garentee everyone has had a problem with this company since they gotten a service with this company HORRIBLE HORRIBLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY!!!
