My parents have been coming here for over 40 years. The best thing about this location is that everyone speaks Spanish. But make no it's always pretty busy.
Make note that the Pfizer covid-19 shot is being given here, and the flu shot.

The service is very good. They got my prescriptions to me super fast, and they were not that expensive. I really appreciate the staff. Totally recommend!

I pick up my medicine here for my diabetes. Angelica has helped me, she was very professional and kind. She answered all my questions I had. Angelica makes you feel comfortable and welcomed. I highly recommend Lorena’s Pharmacy.

#1 pharmacy been a customer for 36 yrs and it's been my family pharmacy of choice, with that I can assure the other reviews are defamatory as they have been nothing but excellence they have always assisted me with dealing with my doctors and insurances avoiding me the hassle thank you. I've seen many of the staff grow and go the extra mile for other customers as they've done for me and my family. We always blame the pharmacy when we don't know how health insurances, Pharmaceuticals (OTC), Healthcare works as HIPPA and other policies work. I want to thank ALL staff in Lorena pharmacy primarily to Mr. Jonathan, Mr. Frank, Ms. Angelica, Ms. Rosa for the extradionary effort of dealing with chaotic customers who have put their lives at risk to protect their customers lives, for their caring ways and always resolving my issues with my health insurance issues. For all the services they provide and how they provide it. I drive over 25 miles for this pharmacy I have fought my insurance company to keep them as my pharmacy within contract because they are beyond excellence compare to other pharmacists in which i was forced to use because of how insurances work. As for OTC medications each body respond different as to prescription medication they always fully stocked and always willing to help its a pharmacy u have all in 1 as its a 1 stop pharmacy. I always buy the OTC and stock my own emergency and pharmacy for my family onsite for my home. They are the reason why I will continue to stand with them and against defamatory reviews. They have services that no other pharmacy's don't. Ask them what services they provide. I can continue with this review but will never end to explain and state how wonderful and excellent this pharmacy as the staff is in my life.

Carolina did an excellent job giving customer service. She helped me get my medication so fast and had all the answers to all my questions!!!! will definitely be back :-)

Great service. Rosita was very helpful and polite. Went for an abdominal binder and was very informative. Highly recommend this place.

This pharmacy is wonderful I have been coming here for 10 years, it’s reasonably priced and every staff member is compassionate specially Hilda she’s always very sweet and ready to help.

My grandmother always receives her medication on time. Whenever she's had questions Elizabeth Verdi has always been very helpful and speaks Spanish which is great since my grandma doesn't have to ask for interpretation.

Had a great experience at Lorena pharmacy today. Went to pick up my meds and from the moment I checked in I was greeted with kindness. Kindly informed of a small wait and guided to a chair. The pharmacist explained my medication and the proper way of taking each one. I appreciate the kind and professional customer service I received.

Went to the pharmacy while visiting L.A and received great customer service from Rosa. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely recommend.

The pharmacist David was very helpful and empathetic and helped me change a medication which was not covered by my insurance. I would recommend coming to this pharmacy if you have any problems with medication not covered by your insurance.

I have been a Lorena pharmacy for 26 years and there are several wonderful employees who have helped over the years, but one employee stands out and I look forward to seeing her every time I visit. This employees name is Honey Barranco. She is the friendliest, nicest and I love her personality. She’s the BEST!!!!
I also look forward to seeing Martha(pharmacist) and Silvia Galvan as well. Keep up the great work!!!!!!
