I have been coming to get service at TAX TIME LA for 2 decades and for this Adolfo and Angelica have been amazing with our business. If you go expect to have some free time because they do take their time but they helped me a lot with my taxes. I used to have to pay with someone else which seem odd to me since they did take a lot from my paycheck but once I came here I actually got money back. They are good at their job they do like making conversation but just try to keep it short on your end and you'll be fine.

Great personal service

If time is precious to you, find another place! There are no appointments so you can wait 5-8 hours on average to be helped. The prices are very fair and refund is ok, but the wait time is absolutely ridiculous.

Waited 4 hours just to be seen by Adolfo, there’s no way it takes that long to do the taxes of three other people that were waiting just as long.
Should find someone with just the same or more experience to help expedite the process.

Recivimos un requerimiento del IRS, para poder procesar/finalizar los taxes
y nesesitabamos la asistencia de la oficina
Jamas volvieron a contestar, si no quieren clientes, deverian de cerrar
Ni por educacion( que no tienen) contestan
Si tienes algun problema, especialmente.con IRS, mejor busca otro oficina
