So nice in communication, they called me to confirm an estimate and to let me know when to pick up my order. They were super understanding about me leaving town and rushed my order. I went in for the first time to have several pair of jeans altered this week and they look great. Service was fast and very pleasant. With Los Tacos next door, I find myself looking for things that need dry cleaning. Would definitely recommend!

Pick up and deliver on time. No broken buttons on men’s dress shirts. No visible wear and tear from cleaning. Always the phone. Clean inside and polite staff. Have been going for years!

They did an amazing job on a comforter I dropped off - I asked them to complete the cleaning within 24 hours and they did it in less than that. Thanks again!

My issue is cost.
I had one pair of woman’s pants hemmed $25.00
I tee shirt dress needed a “minor repair” as described on customer ticket. Basically a 3” seam on one sleeve needed to be sewn. $20.00
Cleaning tee shirt dress $25.00
So, hemming a pair of pants versus a minor repair, stitching a straight line of 3” seam on a sleeve is $5.00 less…curious indeed.

I usually don't post reviews but Fashions has changed. They used to be pleasant and their prices fair. When I called asking about prices, the girl was so rude. When she told me it costs more to clean a napkin than it does to clean a shirt I decided to never go back. They're not that good.

I made an appointment with their tailor online only to show up today and be told that she wasn't at that location.
The woman behind the counter kept saying she called and "spoke to someone" yesterday about the location change and that "they" were fine with it.(!) I told her the number she has is my cell, no one but me has access to it, and I did not receive any calls from her.
Rather than apologize, or admit that she may have called a different client, she just kept repeating she'd called and that if I wanted to get the alterations done I'd have to go across town!
I'd already taken time off from work so I could get the clothes done before the holidays, there's no way I could spend the additional time to go across town in lunchtime traffic.
Is it the end of the world? No. But it's so frustrating to deal with someone so rude rude and not who's not interested at all in helping or owning up to their mistake. Never coming back.

I should have read the reviews. Not only did they fail to remove any of the stains from the four garments I brought in, they still charged me $50. For doing nothing. Except that they tore the tag half off of the dresses. This is a piece that I am trying to sell, so essentially I paid to have the value reduced. Or another way to look at it, I paid $50 for a couple of new hangers.

WARNING!! UNETHICAL business owner ANTHONY!!! POOR QUALITY & OVER PRICED alerations & dry leaning!!! I use to take my garments here on a regular basis, but stopped going here because of poor quality work by the seamstress and over priced dry leaning. But due to convenience, I decided to take my shirt in for a small blood streak on the back. When I went in to pick up my shirt, I noticed there was an additional black ink stain in the front, that was not there when I brought it in. How does that work??? You take in a shirt with one stain, and it comes back with two??? The owner denied responsibility and said "In my opinion, it's the same stain as the back," when it is obvious that it is not (see picture of blue/purple silk shirt). So basically... he called me a liar. He also proceeded to mention that I had only been there once in the last year.. As if that is relevant!?!? Was he trying to discount my credibility since I wasn't a regular or was he trying to imply that he would offer better service if I was a more frequent customer!?! Not only did he flat out refuse to pay for my shirt, he offered altering the garment as an option instead... Talk about POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and UNPROFESSIONALISM!!! I will not be back... And I don't think anyone else should risk taking in their garments either... Not to mention, this was a brand new Joie, $150, silk blouse... The color looked faded after dry cleaning and one of the threads of the pocket came undone.... what were they doing?!? Furious! If I had more time, I'd take the jerk to court.

They treated me as if I was a convict, but the price was for the elites of this town. Used once. NEVER AGAIN!

Took a non-dry clean shirt in for a simple alteration. For some reason they dry cleaned it and completely destroyed it. :-(

Super overpriced and bad service. Dont recommend at all!
