Great storage place. Clean, affordable, great customer service and good variety of different storage units. Karla gave great customer service. I felt welcomed & was helped quickly. I recommend this place to everyone.

The staff here are amazing! Karla is always friendly and helpful! I love the convenience of the location. It is right off the freeways 110 and 10. The place is always emaculate and they have a restroom available for their guests. This is much better Public Storage. So I strongly recommend you open your storage at this StorQuest!!!

Attendant Karla was great had our bby smiling. Very attentive, helpful and resourceful. We were in and out very quickly, speedy service. Would recommend to anyone.

Such helpful staff when I came in for the first time! Cindy and Karla were so sweet! Even the post office was sweet :) The facilities were also perfect for me and the spaces were easy to use and secure!

John from Los Angeles/Hill location was amazing! We arrived an hour before close of business on a Sunday. It was impossible for us to complete the paperwork as well as storing our belongings before closing. John was very accommodating and extended our access hour. Everything made super easy for us. The location is extremely clean and organize. The office has all the supplies and tools to assist in moving. We reserved an unit online but later to find that the size is too small for our belongings. John assisted in picking the right size and it turned out perfect.

It was a pleasure making the option to come and rent a storage Carla the front office assistant was very helpful helped us with the best option gave us the best promo and also explained us how everything work, i totally recommend the storage and also to soeak with carla very helpful..

The front desk is very helpful. I really like this place because it is close to USC. For the first time you have to buy a lock from them but you can choose to use the same lock in the future.

John was very helpful. He walked me up to the elevator and helped me with all my questions. Strongly recommended! :)

Have been renting a storage unit here for a few years and always had a smooth experience storing. Staff is very friendly, especially Karla at the front desk is always helpful!
