Dr Mellon is always straight forward and honest about health concerns and issues.No sugar coat or beating around the bush here.Any Authorizations or Refferels needed have always been addressed and token care of promptly! I Love this Dr. Office and Recommend it to anyone seeking Excellent Health Care Services!!!

I visited Dr. Mellon today for the first time. I have an HMO plan and my insurance picked him as my pcp.

I am very unfamiliar with the area and was disheartened to see his office was dilapidated and somewhat dirty. Definitely not up to Covid standards. Additionally, the walls are plastered with repulsive notices and posters about his new “single” on iTunes. I’m glad he has hobbies, but I have never had a doctor try to plug himself in his own waiting room, so it was weird.

My appointment was set for 10:40 and I am a new patient so I arrived at 10:15 to fill out intake paperwork. The intake paperwork had several misspelled words and was poorly organized. Additionally, his intake paperwork asks extremely personal information not normally found on intake paperwork such as info related to menstruation. I then sat in the waiting room until 11:30 which made no sense given that no other patients were currently present (parking lot was empty)

When I finally saw the doctor at 11:50, he somewhat berated me for not properly filling out the intake forms. He then spoke to me in an extremely condescending manner for the entirety of the visit insinuating the medication I had been taking was originally prescribed for the wrong reason. I had to argue with him just to have this prescription renewed.

Ultimately, this was hands down one of the worst doctors I have ever been to. He is unfriendly, his office is not welcoming, and he seems to only have his interests at heart. Perhaps he should put some money into sprucing up his gross office instead of buying a Tesla.

I will not be seeing him again.

The staff is very unprofessional, they talk loud and have side conversations while patients are in need of help. Dr. Mellon is also very rude and doesn’t listen to patients problems like he didn’t listen to mine, he talked over me and rushed me out of the room to move on to his next patient. I went there for jaw pains and to get a referral to an oral surgery for my surgery, and he yelled at me and said, “ do I look like a dentist or orthodontist, this was a waste of time, I can’t do nothing for you”. And before this he was having a loud argument with another patient and the office had no order he was cursing at the patient and brought his negative energy with him to the next patient which was me. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE NOR WILL I REFER SOMEONE THERE, that practice should be shut down.

If I could give zero stars I would. Stay away from this office. They charged my husband $175 for a visit. Put him on disability and did the paper work incorrectly. He had to drive to the office to get it corrected and it still wasn't done correctly. They refuse to file disability paper work online instead do it all by snail mail. Then in order for him to release my husband and send that paperwork to the disability they made him pay again. All while he never received his disability check and it's been 5 weeks. DON'T GO HERE - THEY ARE THE WORST OFFICE MY HUSBAND AND I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. They don't care about their patients and never return calls just like everyone has stated. How is it staff doesn't know how to fill out disability paperwork? Dont' they do this all day long? IDIOTS

My wife had to go to the ER, the ER doctor told her to follow up with her primary care physician. She called the next day - got the voice mail and left a message. Two days later the message was not responded to. She left another......no call back......and yet another......you guessed it - no call back. He and is staff are a disgrace to the medical profession. Seeking a new PCP.......

I attempted to see this doctor 2x. I got lucky the third time just to discover this man is so rude. He’s in and out of the office, never around to see his patients and has his staff to cover for him with bogus lies. He’s very sarcastic and unprofessional, he feels he can talk to his patients any type of way. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY
