El Pollo Loco

I came to eat lunch the store was clean and the atmosphere was great. All of the employees were friendly and recommended items that i didn’t even know were on the menu based off of what i ordered, you could tell that all of the employees are really value the customers and their experience at their pollo loco location

I usually don't leave reviews, but today I have to say that the service here has improved, everybody is really friendly and are working hard to keep this place up food quality is good ann the atmosphere is really relaxing and chill to eat with you family.

We came here to buy a family meal the person who takes our order was really nice,she offered us some extra items like the 10 dollar chicken she was really cool with us and specifically with my kids I would love to come back and buy again.

We made a Catering Order for my work Company I just want to say the service they gave us was awesome, our food was really fresh and excellent quality.

It's one of the nicer franchises. Recently remodeled and solid front end staff

Was doing delivery, although we’ve seen a staff member sitting in the table inside with his shoes on the table, the staff were really nice

Good food here EXCEPT 2Day 1/22/22 I got here 9:20pm Before Closing Time 10pm So I got me The 4pcs Chicken 🐔 Meal I was Given What WAS Left which was just wings Which I HATE with a Passion "I HAD NO CHOICE" then they Didn't Have ANY Pico Gallo I ASKED for 3 jalapeños they Didn't put Any in my Order. Then I Come home Too Eat this Meal and the Chicken Was CHEWY very CHEWY... "PLEASE DONT COME AT NIGHT" you will be disappointed

Good service they give me my food all wrap wrong but I talk to the manager and they fixed it. Real good and juicy chicken.

The burrito is well made especially if you get it with avocado

Very clean place, employee was really good and the restaurant was clean.

3 years later they told me to give them anotjer chance to meet my expectations what ever There still very greedy with there guacamole sauce they never have any from hours of 6pm on they say they don't have anymore like what!! You know everyone likes it what do they do save it to take home

The staff pays attention to
the chicken being cooked.
Chicken is cook just right, juicy and good taste. The staff always keeps a good attitude even when the stressed out crowd orders.
The only problem with this location is that they run out of chicken because is so good.

Went during the lunch rush hour and found myself only waiting 15 minutes for my food. What really made this experience was the customer service I received. There was staff on hand outside taking drive thru orders (great idea) and even went as far as running inside and making sure the item I ordered came with white meat. When I finally reached the window to pick up the order, the woman at the window assured me I received all the items (including white meat). A friendly smile and I was out of there!

Every single El Pollo Loco I've been to in Los Angeles is absolutely terrible at making their chicken. It's always dry and stringy and almost never properly seasoned. This particular location, however, always gets it right. The meat is always tender and juicy and seasoned to literal perfection. The other locations around the city would do well to follow the example of the Temple/Alvarado store, cuz they clearly know what they're doing. There are a few other stores that are closer to my house, but I'm more than willing to go out of my way to go to this one.

Surprisingly good. Better than fast food. Flame cooked right in front of you. Not overly seasoned. Not too salty. It is more like real food than fast food.

I gave EPL another chance & ordered from the drive through during lunch. I was so pleased to find that the staff was very friendly, professional and got my order perfect. Food was fresh and no stale burned greasy edges on the chicken. THANK YOU! I had to write a new review. I believe EPL managers/owners took the negative reviews seriously and SCHOOLED their staff on attitude & professionalism. What a HUGE IMPROVEMENT! Thank you EPL for listening and taking pride in your restaurant! I’ve gone to other EPL stores and they are consistently nice & fresh.That’s why that old issue a couple of months ago was so weird & hadn’t gone back to that same downtown store for months! So, keep up the good work!

The food is delicious, delectable, mouthwatering, tasty, delightful, gorgeous, lip smacking, yummy, wonderful in taste and aroma; never unappetizing, unappealing, or tasteless. They put new organic drinks that are so addicting! My family and I always get the organic drinks. And don't get me started with the music. The songs I hear while eating are the best combinations to an outstanding meal. The songs are the songs you hear in your radio when you get into your car. They also have delicious desserts!

Food was warm and didn't have to wait a long time to get it. The green salsa was a little spicier than normal. But it was good
