Taylor was responsive to our request to obtain new insurance coverage after Nationwide sent us a nonrenewal notice. We contacted Taylor in early March 2024 and by the end of the month we had full coverage for home, autos, umbrella, and earthquake. The premiums were consistent with our previous policies during a time when many carriers are leaving California. We thank Taylor for the personal attention he gave us and his timely response to our original request, revisions, and questions.
