BEST PHARMACY EVER

Picking up prescriptions is seriously the most mundane and boring task ever but I love coming to Kyoto Pharmacy! The staff is ridiculously nice and they go above and beyond. They are very accommodating if you need to pick up your prescription after hours or if you need to transfer your prescription to another pharmacy. And they are patient in explaining the medication they are giving you.

I love this pharmacy so much that my insurance emailed me offering mail order prescriptions and I refuse because I just have such a pleasant experience going to Kyoto Pharmacy and I want to continue supporting them.

Kyoto pharmacy has been my pharmacy ever since I moved here, and they are great! They know me by name, and they carry my medications that some other pharmacies don't. Thank you Kyoto!

Sometimes you go places just for the stellar customer service. Everyone at Kyoto Pharmacy is so friendly and helpful.. They make sure you understand their medications. But what I am particularly impressed with is how they extend their kindness and knowledge to everyone. The are incredibly patient with the slew of elderly Little Tokyo residents. I changed jobs and am no longer located down there, but it is worth the drive to continue to support them. A+++

Great teams are led by great leaders. Edward is the best as he takes the time to meet greet and get to know his customers. The entire staff is very helpful.

Good pharmacy. Quick and always have my Suboxone/bupornephorine when I need it. A lot of other pharmacies refuse to carry it.... Which is ridiculous

Edward and the pharmacy are the best I have ever used......so very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and reasonable. I changed everything from CVS and have never looked back. So happy to have them.

I remember that in the sixties my father would pick up his medication in Lil Tokyo called Kyoto Drugs on first street. Now I’m back not the same but I feel it’s a Good Pharmacy, just started this Drug store, I’m optimistic! 👊🙏👍2/2021
