Shout out to the great staff here! Michelle at the front desk was very accommodating and helped take care of our needs. Housekeeping was friendly and patient. Nice updated rooms.

I had a three day stay and found the place to be clean and updated. The front desk was great. The room was quiet.

Great price great location and right next to all the newest shops Buena Park has to offer.
Since my last posting I feel the need to update my response.
The rooms all have been remodeled from floor to ceiling. Everything is new except for the decor which I have been told is coming soon. The bed's are all new along with hairdryers and showers are all new.
There is a post on here from two days ago that is totally false. I was in the office waiting for my turn to register for a room and while I was waiting here comes this lady and she didn't ask anyone who is next just went right to the window and started yelling at the employee that was unfortunate to be working that afternoon and the lady continued to yell about how she ordered a king bed and claimed the bed in the room was a small one. She stated she is not a small person and needs a bigger bed. She also stated she was going to find everything she could and post it on her. The receptionist handled the lady as any professional could in that situation and explained everything to the lady that she has done everything she could do to compensate her but the lady just wasn't going to hear it. Said she was going elsewhere and definitely was not going to stay in any room at this location. Well I am here to tell you that she was in the office that very next morning grabbing breakfast and she infact stayed in the room she was giving and she not only stayed the night but actually extended her stay for another 3 nights. I just hate it when someone places a negative review when they are lying about everything.
She should be ashamed of herself for yelling at the receptionist and for lying about her stay in that hotel. Shame Shame lady.
Sorry for making this so long but I stay there and I have not come across anything like she has stated.

We got the 2 bedroom suite on the 3rd floor for a great price! Loved our experience, definitely coming back. The only thing was we thought the curtains were see through but my boyfriend stepped outside with the lights on inside to test it and you can't see anything into the room, you can only see from the room out. The beds were comfy and the room was clean.

Comfortable, seems like they downgraded a little since the last time I stayed but there where no roaches and the front desk person was very pleasant and had a great sense of humor made the check in process so memorable 🤣❤

Stayed here while visiting families - was super easy to get to - great access, and has bus and shuttle stop right in front of building. Easy pick up and drop off for airport. Manager was accommodating. Even has elevator with handicap parking right by it (just a few steps) and perfect access for my wheel chair. Outdoor pool was perfect for teenagers. No problems here.

Not sure why, but my glowing review of this little-known gem got posted on the WRONG HOTEL!!! (What's up with THAT, Google???) Anyway, this is what I said: "Sooooo pretty and clean. Quiet but still with a "vacation vibe" A hidden treasure, I WILL be back!!" Thanks to all the staff who made my stay so pleasant! (Now, if I could only get a more affordable weekend rate.... :)

The room was as clean and comfortable upon arrival. We had a minor mishap in the room, but as soon as we reported it, the manager came up himself and was very friendly and cooperative in what ever we wanted or needed. Even the cleaning crew was super nice and willing to help in what ever was needed. I'd return.

I guess they're updating the place because the reviews didn't match the room I got . The room was updated and very clean . The room was cool as we entered despite being over 100+ . I would definitely book here again .

Great value price for a decent and clean room. Deposit is only $50 in cash which is better than the usual $100 at most hotels. Room wad surprisingly clean and check-out was just as fast as check-in.

I am an Uber Driver Local to Buena Park for almost 40 years. I have not actually gotten to stay at the hotel since they remodeled bit i have suggested it to passengers and recently to a good friend who had to leave their apartment due to flooding. Ive dtiven her back and forth and helped her unload and load and i have been able to review the rooms and discuss everything in them. First everything is basic but clean and there is an upscale decorating going on for the price. Its not a hilton, but its clean and decent and the walls arent peeling back, they have even repainted accent walls and spruced up the rooms and furniture. The main thing about this hotel is the rooms have a refrigerator and a little more space for someone who needs to stay for a whole week or two, and for the price the penny traveler can find a decent sitting spot here without spending a bunch of money for every snack. A tiny outdoor pool and jacuzzi are clean enoigh to get into but its not extrememly private so it would just be a bonus for a person staying in summmer or who needs the jets on an occasion.. The only downside is its not directly next to a liquor store but if you really need anything its only on the end of the block, so in some ways its nice because the hotel grounds are quiet as it is not next to everything on beach blvd, but its also only a half city block away from everything in town town. Located next to the 5 and 91 freeway and tons of transpertation options for people who want to take advantage of the price and go into anaheim and fullerton without the bother of high prices and and tourist traps.

Nice clean hotel. Had a pleasant stay and was very quiet and tidy. Has good wifi signal and nice cold A/C. Would highly recommend to family and friends. Was able to book one of the lowest prices per night compared to other hotels in the area.

Visited Disneyland in Anaheim and stayed here for 3 nights. Clean rooms, very convenient location and friendly staff. I forgot my cellphone in the room and realized it only when I reached the airport. I called the manager and he promptly secured my phone. The next day he shipped my phone via the Fedex shipment I created.
Great customer service - will definitely return!

It's was great only had a problem with checking in with an employee who didn't explain everything but the manager stood by the employee word! Other then that it was a great home for the week and will definitely be back. But they need a little more variety for breakfast.

Enjoyed my stay here. Was only here for a few nights but the hotel staff was friendly, polite available for all that needed. Owner Kash was very helpful. I will be back and reccomend this budget friendly place if your are looking for a good place to stay that won't hurt you wallet!

Very friendly staff and nice clean rooms very large. They offer a decent continental breakfast everything's always clean and tidy family friendly you'll see kids in the pool playing around really nice atmosphere

A pond Arrival The Front Desk Staff and Manager Where Polite and Respectful.. They where quick to meet our needs and Gave us a Cozy Room Clean and Updated.. The Office is Clean and Cozy as well They Treated my Children with Great Kindness... the Beds are Clean and The House Keeping is doing there Job.. The front Desk Gave us Great Tourists Ideas In the area..

It's right off beach Blvd, walking distance from the shows, Knotts berry farm, the wax museum, restaurants, everything, the staff was nice, the spa was open 24hours and we were not bothered for being a bit loud, I wish the breakfast would have been a bit better, but all in all, I liked it.

I had a great stay , even though it might not be considered a 5 star hotel, it was great!it's located in a nice area close to freeways, the source mall,amusement parks,restaurants and stores ,rooms are big,very clean and comfortable, I would definitely come back and stay here in the future again!
