I have been to this store several times and at different hours over the past 3+yrs Morning afternoon & night. And have had great customer service at all times.

At times due to servicing students from the local schools the lines are long. I avoid those times.

To respond to the customer who walked a mile and met the store closed temporarily
I know that for a time many 7-11s in the area were being burgled. It might be that they chose to provide extra protection for their employees at a time when their were few customers and employees would feel safer stepping away from the register and having their back to the door. If the door was locked.

I'm not saying this is the case, but it would make sense.

This store does a great job with customer service. If this was not the case local high school students, dealership employees , police, and different blue collar workers would not patronize this store daily.

I like the friendly service with a smile going the extra mile for all customers not just me because they know me, clean fresh looking food and Displays are placed were customers can see, always stocked, Hey 7-11 Im your girl if you ever need me to do a commercial for 7-11, in the mean time I will be working on that commercial, from your #1FAN👍🏼

Very pleased with the store and the people that work there. Only issue is the location and parking, but the people working there make it worth the hassle.

Always a excellent service and that staff welcomed the customers. It is a good place to buy cold drinks and fresh coffee.

Good customer service but no ice coffee ( mocha & vanilla) during last 5 days. May be ordering part is lacking, Specially need attention on summer season.
