Tamale Street

I kept trying to remind myself to take a picture of the beautiful tamales (pre-me tearing into it) but I couldn't do it. I just kept eating them. They were so fresh and PACKED full of meat! We got the pork tamales and the beef tamales and the pork were our absolute favorite, but both were delicious. The beans and rice were also phenomenal. Absolutely recommend.

The tamales were great! Very soft so might not be for you if you like them dryer. The salsa Verde was also incredibly good. Price is a bit higher than you would like for a tamale, but the protein ones are filled with protein so the value is kind of there. The only downside is that because they are a bit of a small store, sometimes they will be out of stock of the other non-tamale items as they're too busy making enough tamales to meet their current demand.

Would definitely go again.

OMG this place is bomb!! I've been going at least once a week since I had my first taste 🙌 every month they have a new featured tamale and some tamales do good enough they keep them around. I love the rice and beans they have. This salsa is delicious and they have a nice variety of tamales. If you want anything in particular I would call ahead and place an order. The prices are extremely fair and you get a very good value for your money which is hard to find these days. If you like tamales and don't want to wait until Christmas this is definitely your place 😁

These are the best tasting tamales. The masa is soft, moist. The filling is full. The tamales are big. You will not be disappointed. You must try them all. I've had the pork, chicken; excellent.

Stumbled upon this gem of a place today. I tried the chicken tamale with peices of whole corn, yum and the cheese/jalepeno (my fav), both were great. My husband had the pork and the beef and he likd the beef best. Masa is very good with subtle taste. Salsa is good however, i would have liked a bit more spice. Overall, we enjoyed thebservice and the tamales and will be back!

I've been in search of some amazing tamales that remind me of home cooked ones. These tamales are amazing. Full of flavor, the ratio of masa to meat is perfect. Everything was moist and not dry. The best part is that it is all made fresh daily and from scratch. Everyone we tried was amazing. There wasn't one on the menu that wasn't amazing. The owner is very sweet and friendly. We will definitely be going back and ordering them for Christmas and parties.

At first I thought “ they can’t be fresh “ having a store that sells tamales all year everyday . Yup I was wrong . I went on a hot summer afternoon . I know random . But let me tell you . It was like they just made it right than and there just me . When people cook like that it makes you feel special and it makes you feel like you found a gem . That’s what I found a “gem”. Delicious and fresh! I appreciate your beautiful and clean establishment. Instantly fell in love with the food and place . Thank you . Wish you guys nothing but success.

My daughter love tamales. I've been wanting to try them. I went there for lunch. Since it was Christmas time they were only completing orders for the holidays. I was able to get 2 chesse and 2 pork for my daughter. I have to wait for about 45 minutes. They called me when my order was really. I ate mine for lunch. They were delicious. My daughter asked why didn't you get more. I will be going back

It's obvious they make these tamales fresh to order. The food is soo good, it was eaten before I can take photos. The staff here is friendly, and hard-working.

Recommend ordering ahead of time, as the food sells out quickly, and new batches of tamales are made. Ordering ahead will allow the team to create your order freshly made.

Prices are a bit higher compared to other places, but once you taste the tamales, you completely understand. It's really good quakity. Will be coming here going forward. Soo good!

DELICIOUS FLUFFY MASA! AMPLE FLAVORFUL FILLINGS. Took a chance and ordered two dozen for an office potluck holiday party, along with their green and red salsas, and they were a HUGE HIT. I was hoping to save a few to bring home but I'm just going to have to go back and get my own. Also, not on their website -- a chicken mole tamal! The ancestors are singing.

The tamales are so good, the people who think that the price is high have never had to make so many tamales in a day. 10/10 would go back 👏
