Helpful, informative, friendly, fair prices; what more need to be said? I walked in and asked for a fairly obscure part (a left-handed nut of a specific size) and not only did the staff go above and beyond to find it, they helped me put the darn thing together. Shop here, people. These stores are what customer service is all about. Thank you Peterson 's Hardware, you're the best!

I love this location thanks to my Father RIH! It beats going in Lowe's and Home depot to get home supplies for your shower/tub complete kit and parts including the Stims and all. The prices are not bad either. They are always helpful and if you don't know what you need and tell them. They can and will assist you! You will literally be in and out the store less than 5 minutes!

Secure parking, knowledgeable staff and well stocked for DIY home projects. Everything I needed was there, they also make replica keys of all types except for vehicles. Would recommend to friends and family.

Great place and customer service was excellent. I always decide to go to Lowes or home depot when I need screws. But I hate it how everything is disorganized and out of stock. This place had every bolt size and Nut in stock and neatly organized.

For a place 10 times smaller than "Home Depo" or "Any Huge Garden and home Center ".

Maria was excellent. I called requesting a specific item and she was kind enough to hold it for me until the next day opening time. You can’t beat that type of service. Great small, neighborhood store. Not my neighborhood but I’ll gladly travel again for such a stellar experience!

Great little mom and pop hardware store. You'll find all the basics. I usually come here if I just need a couple of things or I'm in a hurry. They are very friendly and helpful. They will have you in and out in a jiffy. They also have parking.

This place is my go to spot for hardware and house repairs. They are always courteous and attentive and provide great customer service. They are also way more knowledgeable than the folks at Home Depot. Save yourself time finding things and support a locally owned business by shopping here.

Peterson's hardware store been there for a long time. They have most of anything you need for your household.
They are very reasonable with their prices when you can't find certain items at other hardware store you can find it there and they do have a return policy

Nice service, been there for almost 50 yrs; $s are Brown! Yahoo...i love keeping my money in black and brown businesses! Best buy was the angled broom (6.99)and dustpan (19.99) for me! This is surely a MLF favorite!

Today when arriving at 2102 Van Ness 4800 South Ave there was a tenant at the place where I came to paint this morning that was passed out on the floor apparently he was having a grand mal seizure I called nine-one-one and he was able to respond so he's fine and I'm good hopefully the rest of the day will be bright and sunny with no more interruptions of Health and any other situation of this sort

I was calling around all the department stores for a fan and everyone was either too high or outta stock until I went to Peterson's & Miss Maria was able to help me.out with a fan I wanted for such a decent price and the service was on par excellence &I'll shop there again thanks Miss Maria (Check) 😸😸😸😸

small hardware store, no lines ever, great customer service. Limited selection, but they will point you in the right direction.
