Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Anaheim North/Buena Park

Had a very great experience with my family. Ueila had amazing customer service. She really got along with my kids. There was another gentleman working that had good customer service, I didn't catch his name. Rosa the next Morning had a good chat and had good customer service. We enjoyed out stay and plan to come back. Very close to everything. Check out time was amazing.

Excellent Customer Service! We showed up and the lady at the front desk, Veronica, was very polite and very helpful. We got to our room and the AC was torn apart so we took a picture and showed it to Veronica at the front desk and she apologized and moved us to a new room and refunded that night of our stay. It saved us nearly $200!They should definitely consider promoting her to manager if she isn't a manager already. The rooms are nice and the breakfast is nice.
Unfortunately our experience with housekeeping wasn't the best. The first day we were there, we asked them to make our beds and give us clean linens, but when we got back from the days activities they hadn't done any of it and it happened again on the second day. But Veronica was very nice and apologized and we decided to stay an extra night and she gave us a discount so we will be coming back!

The family and I had a fantastic stay at Fairfield Inn and Suite Anaheim North Buena Park. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near many attractions. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Louie at the front desk. He was always smiling and ready to assist with anything we needed. He made us feel welcome and appreciated. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and frequently refilled. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Anaheim or Buena Park. It was a great value and a great experience. The service was absolutely phenomenal. They accommodated me after a misunderstanding and I left very happy. The rooms were clean and comfortable. 4 stars because you need to bring your own pillow.

Little outdated room. But it was quiet and clean.

Breakfast is OK. The staff are excellent.

Free parking. Many shops are nearby.

I would stay here again.

We have not stayed here yet but are looking forward to our stay. We had a booking issue and when I called and spoke to Rosa she was extremely friendly and very helpful! If all the staff are as great as Rosa it will be a great stay.

Conveniently located near Knotts Berry Farm. We had a great time at the park and after a long day it was wonderful to have hotel located close by. This hotel is disability friendly and I felt supported with my needs. A great LA experience staying here.

The front desk person, Louie, was really helpful. Kudos to him. The good thing about this hotel is the location. It is conveniently located near The Source and other spots. The rooms are clean although the shower head needs upgrading.

The room was very decent. The pool was perdy switchy.. you look down a black alley with a wall sign that says: pool ➡
And 2 Rastafarian being cool 😎. I waited to tell my Butler with me especially at 9 pm. And a cold one.

A little drama when arrived at the hotel. I guess the customer didn't want to leave the hotel. So the storm trooper has to break the door down to take her out of the hotel. 😆 The bed was comfortable for me. The room is comfortable, and it looks good and well maintained by visual view. The restroom looked clean, but I looked above the ceiling . have crack and stain from moisture, i assume. The breakfast was great, in my opinion. That is why it passes to five star. Very friendly hostels. There is plenties free parking around the hotel. The price is just right. I just hope they don't jack up the price next visit.

This hotel is clean and offers good services. Special thanks to Luis. He is very friendly and patient, and always willing to help and answer any questions.

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights while attending a wedding in Fullerton. The room was dated but clean. The staff is wonderful. Very helpful and friendly. The front desk clerk Rosa was efficient in getting us an extra night because of weather. Very professional, friendly and capable.
The breakfast was great. The breakfast lady Rosalba kept the area clean and well stocked. What a friendly lady. Would definitely stay here again.

My all time favorite Marriott Property in Orange County. The entire staff is amazing. Especially Leilani and Warren, they are so kind and genuinely awesome, I truly appreciate them.

Despite the fact that we had to stay longer than usual at this hotel because of the Covid-19 based restrictions, we had a wonderful experience. The staff was amazing! Every member we encountered, from the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help. The rooms were spacious and clean, equipped with flat screen, refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker, as well as all the stuff you usually need in a room. The beds were extremely comfortable and all the amenities were great. Our kids loved their outdoor swimming pool and SPA! Free continental breakfast with a cup of freshly brewed coffee was great to enjoy in the morning. Great location, easy to get in and out of the city + the parking at the hotel premises was free. This hotel is a pearl of the City of Buena Park which is rare to find.

Special thanks to the General Manager John, who has made our stay even more pleasant and comfortable kindly upgrading our regular room to an executive suite at no cost. Much appreciated!

Very clean rooms and beds. Nice air conditioning unit controlled by the wall thermostat. The room I had was a little smaller than I thought it would be, but it was a good room with a closet and desk. The TV didn't work and had volume stuck at really really loud setting. The fridge and microwave seemed to work alright. Easy check in at the hotel and easy check out. Nice front desk staff. The shower was good, but I wish there were a couple more towels in the room.

I came with a party of 5 in two rooms and they were nice to accomodate us and gave us joining rooms. 10/10 staff :)

We came down for our grandson’s graduation. The people at the desk were very accommodating and friendly. We were very happy with our room as well. They were very helpful when I couldn’t get the wifi.

Overall very pleased with my 4 day 3 night stay. Very clean rooms and lobby. The breakfast is great! Lots of variety and very fresh. The kitchen staff is amazing and very friendly! Housekeepers do a GREAT job. I’m more embarrassed of the mess my kids made but they cleaned it all up. Front desk is also amazing and very accommodating. Definitely coming back here!

My friend and I spent a little over a week here and I had to come rave about the service. The hotel may just be normal and clean and cute, but the staff really made the experience special. They remembered us and welcomed us back every day and went above and beyond to be friendly. I especially want to thank the lady at the front desk who went by Christina, I hope I spelled her name right!! She really took care of us and touched my heart with her hospitality. You are in good hands here!

Very nice and clean for a great price. Stayed here for our trip to Disneyland it was about a 10 - 12 minute drive on the freeway. Beds were comfortable and room was clean. Breakfast was good with a little bit of everything I would definitely stay here again.
