First of all, I deeply love the shopping environment of Row DTLA, it is quiet and spacious. Secondly, I am very satisfied with Powder Beauty’s attentive service. Every time staff will carefully ask my requests, patiently help me remove dead skin, and pull out the nails embedded in the flesh. I often bite my nails crazily while writing research papers, and the staff will share with me some Organic ways to release my pressure. I will definitely try different styles later when I have more time. Thanks for all the nail tech here. ♥

Amy gave me one of the best manicures I've ever had before a hand modeling shoot! I'm picky and have trust issues from previous manicure injuries, but she's so meticulous about shaping your nails and gentle with your cuticles. She's also kind, patient, and easy to talk to! The salon is beautiful and located in a chic mall with validated parking.

Great first impression at the Powder Beauty Co. with master nail technician. She took great care of me, and showcased her exceptional nail care skills with a hard gel with a beautiful French tip manicure.

The nail polish selection is gorgeous, my favorites being the Japanese gel from Toy's by Infini with a premiere selection of cat-eye effect.

The location at the Row DTLA is very chic, calm, and cool, with lots of breezy walkways, and window shopping eye candy to check out. The ambiance provided so many photo-op backgrounds to show off my luxe new nails.

Amy is the best nail tech because she cares about the smallest details. I’ll continue to drive 2 hours to see her every month. She also did my very first lash extension to get me ready for my wedding day. I couldn’t have asked for a better job!

So glad that PBC offers nice eyelash extension services. The eyelash aesthetician took her time and was really careful to do it. I didn’t feel any burning during my services and actually this is not the first time I do my eyelashes here, they stay for a long time and nice quality eyelashes. I am really happy with them, and will definitely come back soon!!! PBC is the best!!!!

I haven't gotten my nails done at powder beauty since before the pandemic and before they moved. I was finally able to book an appointment at their no location and it was perfect timing. The day of my appointment I had my engagement dinner(1st of mini get together because of COVID) that evening. I am trying the color (dip powder) that I want to have for my wedding next year. Since it has been a long time since I've gotten my nails done I got the works. I got a herbal bath pedicure with hot stone, callous removal and wax. For my manicure I got dip powder as well as wax on my hands. It was a good day to pamper myself for 3 hrs. I'll be back next month.

Sunshine is the best. I love her spirit and she does my nails so beautifully. I couldn't see myself going anywhere else. I'd drive 45 minutes to get here. The entire vibe is peaceful and loving. A must visit to pamper yourself and your spirit.

Took my wife with me together to enjoy our pedi self-caring time. This salon is so amazing with nice decor and very convenient & cheap & easy parking, nice stuff and especially the service quality they provided.

I booked one Bourbon & black pepper and another Hebal awakening both premium pedi for us. The nail techs really took their time to do each step, and I really like they can offer sugar scrub, foot mask and keratin foot socks. I felt I have my new feet and be a new man.!!!

Treated myself to a BIRTHDAY facial today😊. Haven't had a facial in a while, so was really looking forward to my appointment. When I arrived, the owner (or Manager?) Sunny explained that she was waiting for the keys to open and offered to pay for Gigi (another customer) and me to enjoy a beverage and snack on her while she was waiting for keys. Gigi and I walked to La Brea Bakery ( a few steps away) and enjoyed talking for the few minutes we waited for Sunny to retrieve the keys. Once she came to pick us up from La Brea Bakery, we proceeded to our appointments. Natasha gave me an excellent facial, that was super relaxing. The salon floor plan is very spacious and open. The facials are given in a loft type of area on the 2nd floor. The decor is unique and beautiful. I plan on returning at my first opportunity. This was a true example of how excellent customer service made the the difference! Thank you Sunny and Natasha

Very nice staff! Nice and clean spot. Very relaxing, neo-soul type of music in the background, and they have sparkling water available. Think of a spa type of day. I got a Signature Pedi that was $35. I will definitely be back! Thank you! Oh, and it’s a Black owned business! I will support again :).

I’m so impressed by the work done by these ladies. Such attention to detail and care put into their work. I truly felt pampered in a way I’ve never felt from a nail salon. For once I wasn’t rushed through the process with a ‘good enough’ outcome.

Best pedicure I’ve had in LA! The employees are so friendly and helpful. You can tell they take pride in their services. The essential oils in the foot bath also smell divine. Will be back soon!

First time here. Kelly did my pedicure and Patricia did my boyfriend's. They did a wonderful job. Staff is friendly and welcoming. The space itself is relaxing. They offer you sparkling water or wine as your service is being prepped. Worth the money and experience. Only thing they need to do is update their Google maps location. It directed us to the middle of the parking structure. It's located in M1 unit 146.

This is my neighborhood salon! I love the owners and how they have made this place a very relaxing vibe, all down to the music playlists. I get the dip manicure, pedicure and my eyebrows done here and I've never had a complaint.

As mentioned this salon is geared towards a relaxing environment so that you can enjoy your time there. If you are looking for a place just to get in and get out, this probably isn't the place for you.

I loved it. My first time. My mother, my son and I came for the first time. We got manicures, pedicures, dip manicure with extensions, and a facial. We immensely enjoyed the entire experience. On top of that it is black owned with an array of technicians of differing ages and ethnicities. I live an hour away but will be back whenever I get my nails done. Congratulations to the owners for having an amazing company with a beautiful spirit! I hope this succeeds and grows beyond your wildest expectations!

My first time here. I came on a Saturday so they were very busy and had a bit of a wait which I expected. Everyone was extremely nice and professional. They did a beautiful job shaping my nails. I will definitely be coming back in three weeks to get new colors and a manicure. Thanks ladies 💖

This is a fantastic salon. Everyone is so kind and professional - they even remembered me from my first visit to my second. I got a gel manicure on my first visit because I didn't really know what a powder manicure was. While I was there, the owner filled me in on what powder was and why she felt it was better. I went back two weeks later and got a powder manicure. It's now over 2 weeks later and my nails look like I got them done yesterday. It's the best manicure I've ever had. Cannot recommend Powder Nails enough!
