St Francis Medical Center: Kozai Gerald DDS

Went for my father’s emergency condition. The staff was really accommodating and they understand that my father don’t speak English. So the staff let my mother and aunty stay with my dad and they did all types of treatment possible to help my father. It was supper busy but we were out with the treatment sooner than other ER. 10 ⭐ for them. 💯

My 2 sons was born there everything goos ascept nurses need to have respe ting on flirting problems do ur job right 😇🙏

I don’t even know where to start this is the worst hospital ever. Customer service is horrible just everything in general before my fathers death I would hear stories of people having bad experiences here about their loved ones getting killed Here.. I would kinda doubt it but now that I lived it with my fathers loss..stories are real there’s a high chance your love ones gets killed
Here by evil nurses and doctors. My father told me nurses were all rude and wouldn’t pay any attention when he would ask for help they would come all late and b*itchy mood. There’s just so much to say but point is please don’t come here if you feel bad go somewhere else

Had the worst experiences here in the ER, both concerning a family member and myself. Family had debilitating abdominal pain and they kept her there for almost a whole day in the waiting room, even though when we first arrived, there were only a few patients waiting to be seen. Went to their ER, myself, twice- once for an infection and another for a panic attack. The first time they allowed my partner to stay with me, but the doctor that saw me seemed very annoyed at the questions I had about my condition and rushed me out. The second time, they said I could only come in by myself (but there were less people there compared to the last time). They checked my vitals and eventually a nurse took me to a room to be seen. Another patient with her mother was taken to a room across from me. 3 HOURS later? No doctor, no nurse to tell me what was going on, not even for the patient across from me and she seemed to still be in pain. I had come down from what I believed to be a panic attack (they didn’t tell me why I had chest pain/was shaking uncontrollably) and saw a doctor casually talking with a nurse, just sitting there having a “funny” conversation. 30 more minutes pass and my partner is texting me, worried about me because he doesn’t know why he hasn’t gotten to see me and the nurses out in the front waiting area don’t tell him what’s going on. The doctor is still joking and, fed up I walk over and ask the doctor if I could be released. She told me to go back to the room and she’ll look me over (okay?..... um....) 15 minutes pass- I guess she had to finish whatever conversation she was having with the nurse, and she comes to my room, checks my symptoms and asks me questions, then says I’m good to go and I’m sent back to a different waiting area. 30 MORE MINUTES and I give up. I walk out and talk to a receptionist to ask if I could just check out and pay, she takes me back consoling me (because at this point I was emotionally/physically exhausted) and she gets a nurse to check my vitals so I could pay and leave. Whoever that receptionist was, she was the ONLY sweet employee there who seemed to care about what was going on. The nurse, however, is ANNOYED, roughly places the wrap around my arm to take my blood pressure. After she takes my temperature and gives me my papers, in a condescending tone she says “I hope you get better.” We left and I told my partner that we’re never going back here again. That was 3 years ago.

Now I just saw a twitter post about a woman whose newborn niece had been found to have a BROKEN ARM, and the nurses are claiming they don’t know what happened??? NOPE. Go to MLK Hospital or just some other hospital other than this one. Their staff is incompetent and rude. They need to shut this place down or change way things are run.

It’s 5:02 am and we been here since last night 11:00pm. All they did was wrapped his finger and took them all night to do that. Then to get the discharge paperwork. Well we still waiting for that

This is hospital is currently on bankruptcy. Service is really bad. Please to come here to have a baby. They are really poor and stuff really unprofessional
