Amazing customer service. Great selection of clothes have good prices and deals we bought so much clothes and the shirts we bought were only four dollars they have so much selection and discounts get them while you can.

My experience here was pleasant, the person at the cashier was super nice and patient, while I was shopping it was easy to spot someone to help me, which is good because sometimes other places, there's no one on site which is a plus for me.

My first trip to an Old Navy store at the Van Nuys plant was a great! It's conveniently located as a separate store, not inside a mall, with plenty of parking. I didn't have time or the desire to park far away and stroll through a huge mall, looking for an Old Navy. I found a parking right in front of the store, and was immediately welcomed by an employee who directed me and my daughter where the girls section was. I noticed all the impressive sales discount tags along the way. The clothing items were neatly hung and stacked, this was a pleasant surprise compared to some of the stores in the area that are "ghetto" and messy, with no one to help. The same sales representative kept herself busy by refolding some out of place clothes and placing them back in an orderly fashion. She soon helped us find items that we wanted and came to the register to check us out, without waiting even the short line! She left us with a smile and a goodbye, as friendly as her welcome! I was impressed with my entire experience and highly recommended this store. It would be a pleasure to revisit and continue being a happy and satisfied patron.

I love old navy. Not this location as much as the one in Northridge mall, but it has its perks. But service was great here too. Didn't have much for me but love how clean and organize the store is. Associates are generally very nice.

wish they had more around.. this is the closest one to me and Im very thankful. always great deals for the entire family and sales people are always eager to assist, run in the back to check stock, etc etc. Highly recommend coming to this location.

Love this location everything you need they have and you don't have to deal with the mall crowds. The store is always clean,well organized and the staff is always friendly.

I just visited this location and the manager, I believe her name is Michelle, was incredibly helpful as well as the rest of her staff. They help us figure out a payment complication and we're still smiling.

I enjoy shopping at Old Navy the quality of clothes is supreme. they have a really good clearance section for kids and adults.
