Holiday Inn Express & Suites Woodland Hills, an IHG Hotel

Literally nicest staff we’ve ever dealt with. Jeff (staff member when we checked in) was EXTREMELY helpful and patient with us. We were having trouble with our card but he was as so nice. During check out, Steve was equally as patient with us..,even gave us extra time to check out! To sum up our experience here in one word would be SATISFIED! To the fullest!!

Also the room was clean and nice!

The staff is friendly and the rooms were clean. The pool outside is small. We stayed in December when it was cooler weather so we didn't take advantage of the pool. The hot breakfast was good. Parking was easy as well.

It was an excellent location for a budget hotel, although we had a few housekeeping issues, the room was very clean and comfortable. I also appreciated the AC, very cold fridge, coffee machine and cold water and ice available. Breakfast was ok, there was reasonable choices, but i think the breakfast area and foyer could be improved.

The 2 managers Steve and Jeff were very cheerful and helpful to us and I would definitely go back there and i would also recommend it to my friends and family. Thanks

First time here. Clean, organized, and safe. Rooms are spacious. Service is efficient. Great location. Helpful and respectful staff. Here for a wedding in Malibu. The prices are reasonable for weekends. I am enjoying my stay so far. Keep the great work. I appreciate all that you do. Thank You!

I think it haunted the gate, keep slamming by itself there was no wind and it’s lame so hard someone had to a pushed it, but nobody was there.. every time you walk by this gate it was slam. Other than that the room was clean pretty spacious breakfast was OK.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. I've stayed at other IHG hotels in the city but nothing compares to the service you get here. It's a tucked away gem. The hotel is very adjacent to popular areas in the city. The rooms are clean and the standard size which you would expect from this hotel chain. Even with COVID, they have been able to continue breakfast in a safe environment. The hotel staff have been beyond friendly and accommodating giving guests a level of service that has sparse ("customer, no service"). I would liked to mention Steve who has been excellent. This is my place of choice when I visit this area.

I have Fibromyalgia and joint pain. The staff and Manager were excellent at changing us to a room that was comfortable for my pain. Breakfast was great, lots of choices both hot and cold items. We would eat outside on patio by pool.

Because of extenuating circumstances I had a long stay at this hotel (2 weeks). Staff is very friendly and willing to help. Because of COVID, I was very cautious and was allowed to bring cleaning equipment to keep place sanitized for my own peace of mind. The bed is very, very comfortable, it's been some of the best sleep I've had in months. The room came fitted with an awesome desk with conveniences like a lamp with USB plugins and AC port. Best of all was the bathroom is very spacious and I took the luxury of semi-nightly hot tub bath. Not only that, but the location is great. A simple walk takes you to a handful of restaurants and a nextdoor supermarket. It was truly sad having to finally leave... XD

Lovely stay nice friendly staff. Nice clean toilet. Excellent house keeping. Very homely atmosphere. Got room with 2 queen beds. 50 inch cable TV. Microwave oven fridge. Will definitely stay again

This was the one of the most convenient hotels to stay at. The Reception Desk lady named Sarah was absolutely wonderful, so helpful and me being from Australia she advised so many places to drink, eat and shop!
The room was clean, we had no issues at all. Parking was great - this I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a place away for a weekend. It has everything for you right outside your door.
Thank you Holiday Inn for making my stay absolutely memorable.

For a last minute reservation during our trip to universal studios this was a really good option. It was very clean I needed an extra comforter and they helped me right away.

Nice hotel. I like the underground parking with the elevator. No need to walk outside or have your car out where vandals can easily get to it. The only problem was that this hotel was too far from my customer. Not their fault obviously, but reason enough for me to stay 3lsewhere in the future. A shame really, since it is nice.

The hotel was clean and the beds and pillows were comfortable. The location to my job site was very convenient. The staff and the breakfast were wonderful. Would recommend this place to anyone needing a place to stay while in the area.

I have to leave a good review for this hotel. I checked out of another hotel that night to find a better hotel and this was an awesome stay and was able to get some sleep

The people that work here are super nice. The room is nice. The walls are thin though so noisy neighbors can be disruptive, but it's not anything that you wouldn't experience at another hotel.

This place is amazing, clean stocked room,friendly staff,best breakfast I ever had in a hotel, amazing hot tub, I will stay here from now on 😀

This was a last minute stay and was surprised at the hospitality we recieved. Our family tend to travel considerably and have not experienced such pleasantries in such a long time. Thank you Holiday Inn we will definitely be back again.

Was very comfortable, staff was polite and accommodating. Enjoyed fresh breakfast. Very good tv selections of channels. Over all very content with my stay.

I only delivered here it looks like a nice place and secure ad parking garage is inside and you enter inside also. The people were friendly but it is california and as a truck driver 55mph is asking for trouble as other vehicles run 70mph dont get it but wont be back either. All in all fast delivery

Great location and staff was very nice. I stayed in the suite on the 3rd floor and it was clean only issue I had was the traffic noise outside the window
