Nautilus Plumbing

Of course I had a plumbing emergency. I called Nautilus, and they were able to do a same day schedule, for me (so grateful)!
The team worked well together and ‘quickly’ resolved the issue.
They are not a cheap company, but they’re reliable and efficient!
This is my go to, plumbing company:)

My husband and I had a serious plumbing issue and ended up having to cancel our wedding anniversary plans to go away for the weekend. The water from the kitchen sink suddenly stopped and Nautilus Plumbing came out for an inspection and not only identified the problem immediately, but said they were able to take care of it the next day. It is important to note that this happened on a Saturday, during Labor Day weekend. While it did take the entire day, they were able to dig up and replace the front pipes to the main waterline, as well as replace the kitchen sink. We had just replaced the sink 2 years ago but they were able to get a newer model of the one we had installed. Additionally, Nautilus Plumbing had to come back a few days later to patch up the hole, and redo the cement on the sidewalk but overall, it was pretty seamless. When they showed us the pipes, we thought they had a log in their hand. I honestly don't even know how ANY water got through! The next day, we had a plumbing issue with the toilet and they came out and addressed that issue as well. Overall, we are very pleased with their service and if any other issues arise, we know for sure who we will contact!

I’ve called on Nautilus multiple times. They are quick, communicative and professional. They do excellent work and thoroughly explain everything. Sergio and Alberto were super helpful.

Sergio and Alberto came over this morning to help with a leaking shower tub spout and they were fast, courteous and super helpful. Their 40 years of experience really showed, and Sergio also was able to give a lot of insight on the plumbing in my house even beyond just the tub spout they originally came to help with as well. Highly recommended!

My mom contacted Nautilus plumbing to come out do our home due to our garbage disposal not working. The office was efficient in obtaining our information and scheduling us for same day servicing. Sergio and his team were dispatched and troubleshooted the disposal. They charged us a reasonable fee for the completed work. I would definitely recommend Nautilus Plumbing.

I had my toilet overflowing. I called Nautilus and the office was so kind and helpful and even taught me over the phone how to turn off the water to my toilet. Bella informed she would have technicians dispatched promptly and they showed up 20 minutes later. Sergio and Bella were efficient and identified the cause of the clogged toilet and cleared the line. I definitely recommend Nautilus Plumbing for all your plumbing needs, I will be reaching out again for any future servicing.

Govanni and Alberto have come a couple times and always been friendly, and efficient. This time Nautilus was able to schedule a visit within an hour, which was much appreciated.

We had Nautilus come out and do some much needed work -- they gave us a great estimate for a complex sewer problem and helped install our washer and dryer on a separate occasion. They give free estimates and Sergio specifically is a great, honest guy, and knowledgable and good at his job. Would recommend to anyone! Five Stars!

From beginning to completion of the work Diego and his team were excellent. They went above and beyond and did it in the window of time that was available. Communication from the office was fantastic as well. I cannot recommend this company enough.

This is a honest plumbing company. We reached out to dozens of plumbing companies when we had a active water leak. Only they responded within 30 minutes. They dispatched the father daughter team that located the leak, and remained on the job for over 5 hours until the job was done. It is refreshing to find a truly honest family business that has brand new vehicles, loaded with all the tools needed to complete any job. They care and have integrity, which is rare. We recommend them and will use them again.

I woke up Sunday morning to no hot water. After failing to light the pilot light, I called around, but no one had immediate availability. I requested an appointment with Nautilus online and it was confirmed shortly after. The guys arrived early the next day to check out the current system. They explained the issue with my gas heater very clearly (broken part), without pushing any additional work or upgrades. After they left, I called back to inquire about pulling the trigger on a tankless heater instead, and again, the team showed up within the hour to get that measured and quoted. We ended up going tankless, and the install was scheduled for the next day. The work was clean, the team was professional, and the tankless heater looks/works great. I'd recommend Nautilus to anyone - especially those with little knowledge or experience re: plumbing.

Nautilus Plumbing was fantastic. 11 out of 10 experience!

It was easy to schedule an appointment. The scheduler/call operator was very pleasant to speak with. Anthony and Yehvony, the servicemen who helped me, arrived on time. They were gentleman – very polite and well spoken. They assessed the job I contacted Nautilus for and provided a cost estimate for the work, reviewing it with me before starting. There was no ambiguity.

While Anthony and Yehvony were here I asked them to investigate 2 other issues which were not related to what I scheduled the original service appointment for. They were very polite, estimated the work, reviewed the details with me and completed the 2 additional jobs while they were here.
I cannot recommend Nautilus Plumbing enough. This should be the go-to Plumbing company for anyone who lives in the Los Feliz area!

Update 03/22/21: i called this morning and Sergio and his team was able to come out and get the job done! Very happy with there work and professionalism. Would recommend!

I called them this morning, talked with Alandra, she was very pleasant. She got me an appointment within 1 hour. The two guys send (Carlos and Jesus), was professional and got the job done. Also recommended what needs to get fixed. They also cleaned up afterwards. I would truly recommend them to family and friends. Thank you!
