I wish I could leave more stars. Absolutely loved this location. First time in here, extremely friendly staff. Loved the gentleman that had helped me. I cannot remember his name, but I would return, and highly recommend, I arrived on a weekday morning and parking was very simple, but I could definitely see it being difficult in the afternoon or weekend. Very clean store, two stories and so so so many options. Will return and highly recommend.

Buying a wedding or engagement ring is a very special and thoughtful gesture for your loved one, and you want to have a wonderful experience at the store as well.

Although I did not end up buying my ring from this store, I was very impressed by the service and guidance of Bjorn, one of the store's ambassadors. He was very attentive to my fiancé's preferences and my budget, and he helped me narrow down my options for the perfect ring.

I appreciate Bjorn's professionalism and kindness, and I would like to thank him for making my visit to this store memorable. Even though I did not buy my engagement ring here, I would love to come back for other purchases in the future.

Very luxurious place. Very attentive sales person. Clean and very nicely decorated. Friendly and very welcoming staff. Parking is limited. Need to walk along rodeo drive and some side streets.

Lola is the best! Everyone should come shop with her. One of the kindest and helpful sales associates I have worked with in any luxury store. She genuinely cares and wants to help you get whatever you want. Sent a few people to her and everyone had the same to say. Highly recommend!

I needed a new band for my Cartier watch. I called to see if they had it in stock and worked with Rita. She was fantastic! She submitted my order and followed up quickly and set up an appointment for me to pick it up and to install the new watch band. Had a great experience at Cartier. Made an appointment to purchase the love wedding band. The SA was nice, and helped me purchase and get it engraved. Everything went smoothly and picked it up a couple of days later. I got great customer service. Would definitely check out this location again.

I have been a customer of Cartier since the late 80’s, I really like and enjoy everything I own Cartier, exceptional quality and appearance of everything. Where I live there is no Cartier stores therefore when I visit friends and family in states boutiques are located I have watches serviced, making appointments at busy boutiques like Beverly Hills can be difficult and frustrating, especially if I’m not in town for long, yes I know I can ship to Cartier for service on watches however 2 of my pieces are gifts from my Father who passed years ago and I can’t risk loss etc. Thank you Cartier for years of great service.

Great place. If you ever see a guy named "Sean/Shaun/Shawn" in the parking lot, NEVER give him a down-payment without going inside the store (and getting a receipt and order #). I gave him a $3K down-payment on a watch and I think he wasn't an employee... My rent for next month will be paid, so it's no biggie for me, but maybe your rent won't be covered, and you won't ever get your watch. So be careful... My best advice for you is to not get drunk and hand out stacks of $100 bills trying to get a watch from some dude in the parking lot.

I have been going to the Cartier store for Cartier watch repairs on quite few occasions, my watch is from 1998! And still working condition. It has a deep sentimental meaning to me since I bought it with my first jobs savings. The person who has attended me the last two times has been Maureen who is pleasant, prompt and professional. She also welcomes my little one when we go giving her something to draw on like some paper dragons. Love this store and her. I will be back to do some shopping hopefully with her, she's an asset to the Cartier brand. Also note if you need to do shopping or any repairs you must have an appointment in advance, I went twice on 2020 and on 2021 and it was required.

Sometimes visiting a luxury boutique feels intimidating. There's a velvet rope, a ton of security, you think everyone has more money than you do (they might - but it's the guy in the crummy Levis who's loaded, not the TikTok kid in the rented Lambo).

Sometimes you come to Cartier to pick out your wedding bands, or in my case an anniversary gift. And every time you look at your watch realizing that you're late, you remember how very lucky you are to have married a wonderful man who has suffered your *schedule* for half a lifetime. Cartier's timepieces are beautiful and elegant, and mine stands up nicely to a fair bit of abuse.

Sometimes your visit a jewelry store because things are broken or stolen or maybe you need to get paperwork in order to insure your investments. Sometimes you are totally overwhelmed with paperwork and it shows on your face and you look like a pauper and forget things and show up late, but you show up anyhow and find yourself disheveled upstairs at Cartier on Rodeo.

Instead of dismissing you, Maureen and Xavier will offer you water, champagne, or coffee, and then a tissue because your eyes water a little at these unexpected kindnesses. Not because these gestures are so grand, but because in this bizarre setting, an homage to indulgence, two separate people have seen your discomfort and, with absolutely nothing to gain and time and commissions to lose, they simply offer comfort.

The jewelry is timeless and always appropriate. The experience of ownership is unparalleled here on Rodeo Drive, there is no pretension here, a feat to be sure.

The store itself is stunning and the pieces are all remarkably crafted. As a younger single female buyer I am sometimes treated differently than other clientele in luxury stores who don't have the same work ethic as one particularly amazing Cartier SA- Daniel Oblath! He made me feel welcomed and offered his valuable opinion on the pieces I tried on. I never felt rushed or intimidated (in contrast, I was assisted by an older gentleman the next day who made me feel like I was wasting his time because I was only there to pick up an order, I assume). Daniel was patient and was very helpful in getting my ordered LOVE bracelet into the store the very next day when they didn't have my 15cm size in stock, instead of encouraging me to go with the next size up. His passion for the maison and genuine respect for his clients shine through. A fantastic addition to the Cartier sales team! Now I have a wonderful memory to go with my LOVE bracelet :)
