Joel was recommended to me by my family and many other people. My brother used Joel to customize our great grandmothers wedding ring as his engagement ring to his now-wife and did an AMAZING job. I went to Joel to customize my grandmother's wedding ring as an engagement ring for my fiancé. Since it was my grandmother’s wedding ring, I wanted to take it to someone I really trusted which is why I went to Joel and I couldn’t have been happier. Joel was incredibly patient, kind, and helpful. He was very professional and helpful with what would look good and what options there were to narrow down exactly what I was looking for. His prices were very fair, and he even talked me out of spending more money on options that he felt were not necessary which I really appreciated. My wife went to Joel to get my engagement ring and band and man oh man did he come through! it was absolutely STUNNING! i’m very simple, so when i came across a picture of the band i wanted, she sent him a picture and he delivered!its just the right amount of everything, not too little and not too much. i get compliments every day by both men and women saying how unique and rare it is to see such a combo!
when it came to my wife’s band, she did the same thing, found a picture online and delivered with something ever better! she loved her ring! again super simple but right up her alley!

I can't say enough incredible things about Joel. He helped select a brilliant diamond for me and created the absolute perfect engagement ring. He took my ideas and used his expertise to create a piece that was beyond what I (and my Fiancee) could have imagined! He was kind, patient, and made this experience very enjoyable. I went to Joel knowing two things: I wanted to ask the perfect girl to marry me and that I had to get her a ring. I really had no idea what I was looking for but Joel took care of everything: from the custom design for the engagement ring to helping me figure out what I wanted for my wedding ring, everything was perfect. He designed the engagement ring for my wife and did an amazing job. I don't even live in California. I worked with him over the phone and email, not the easiest way to design a ring, and ended up being blown away. My wife loves the ring. I highly recommend Joel.

If you want an honest jeweler, come here. I am a deaf senior citizen and so can frequently be a target for scammers. I had some jewelry that I no longer wore and decided to sell it. After visiting several jewelers in my area, I found Joel. Not only was he patient with the communication difficulties of speaking with a deaf person, but he also explained to me that some of the jewelry I had was not platinum (at the time of this writing approx. $800/oz), but in fact palladium ($1,300/oz). All the other jewelers I visited didn't mention anything about palladium and offered me significantly less money than Joel. Very happy with the transaction and glad to see that there are still people left in this world like him.
