This is a really clean and nice PacSun! Mike helped me find an outfit to go with some jordans. He went that extra mile with his service and will for sure be back !

I went here to check it out as I like the Pacsun clothing line, didn't see much there I would buy or wear compared to other bigger Pacsun stores, the guy working security was staring at me, as I was looking at the clothes, he fingered me to come over there, then said "we are done here, we don't want any problems" thinking I was trying to steal or something, profiled me as I'm a skinny white guy with long hair, probably thought I was a drug addict or something, I told him I'm just looking around and might buy something, I have money, then went back to look around more, he was still staring at me, as I walked out I yelled "yeah I have a job" lol.

Worst customer service ever. Jasmine, the manager here was helping me with a return. I had first bought a top then went back to the store to return it but i saw something i liked and exchanged it for an higher price item. I paid about $15 for the difference. However, when I got home the zipper wasn’t working so I decided to return it. When I went to the store, Jasmine told me they could only refund me the difference. Like WHAT??? This made no sense. I returned both items so why are they only refunding me for the difference??? She claimed their system doesn't let them refund the full amount if a customer made an exchange prior to the purchase. I couldn’t believe a big company like pacsun would have such a strange policy. She then tried to show me how her computer wouldn’t let her process the refund. But when she clicked on the refund button, it went through right away! She didn’t say anything after that, no apologies, NOTHING. They need to seriously train their employees so they know their store policies and actually work to help their customers.

I’ve gone to this location many times because it’s close proximity to my apartment complex and it’s convenient. It saddens me to state this PacSun has some of the rudest employees I’ve ever come across in retail. I’ve had various instances where employees are not accommodating and have poor hospitality manners. Last straw for me was the date of 2/14/2022 at around 12:30 when an employee who was a Asian women in her late 20s argued with me for having briefly gone into the bathroom under the assumption it was open for public, was a complete mean girl and gossiped regarding the encounter with her co-workers. It wasn’t was she said not to do rather the manner in which she spoke that was extremely unnecessary. She must have had a rough day but never excuse for her nasty behavior especially when you work retail.

Si pudiera darle a este lugar cero estrellas lo haría, es el peor servicio al cliente que he recibido sin mencionar la discriminación de parte del personal por el simple echo de ser latina, pude observar cómo a una pareja americana que ingresó a esta tienda después de mi le dieron un trato preferencial, sin duda no volvería a esta tienda y espero el manager de este lugar sepa escoger mejor a sus empleados.
