Incredibly happy with this place! We asked them to do an alaskan king size bed custom. Price was fair and Trevor, who built the bed, was very patient and creative. Bed is absolutely gorgeous. Absolutely thrilled with this business and level of service we've received. Recommend without any hesitation.

Wow!!! These guys are amazing. The quality and attention to detail is breathtaking. Seriously no words. Trevor and Anne were easily to work with, super professional and KIND!!! Which is the most important quality of all. I bought a bunch of furniture from them 8 years ago and one of the pieces got damaged by a burn spot. They offered to fix it for FREE! Now granted that might not happen for everyone as I bought a lot of stuff from them but 8 years later? It looks brand new! Their designs are top notch, current and out of a magazine with the customer service of a small town that really cares about the owners of an Urban Wood piece. I can't recommend them enough.

Urban Woods made me a custom king size bed frame which came out beautifully, their craftsmanship and attention to detail was flawless. I am particular and this was exactly what I envisioned.

FANTASTIC TABLE + AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE
I needed a dining room table ASAP. I called Urban Woods and they custom made me a beautiful table in less than 3 weeks. It is perfect and is gorgeous in my dining room. They use non-toxic finishes so that was a plus! No nasty chemicals! It is was great to use a smaller company for my product needs because they treated me so well -- white glove service all the way!

I am the proud owner of a king bed frame made by Urban Woods. It is made of 100% reclaimed wood. I am new to platform beds and I suspect that their product has now ruined me for any other platform bed. It is sturdy and quiet. That's all I expected and would have been pleased just to have those two things. But the frame is also beautiful: changes-the-room beautiful and makes-me-feel-something beautiful. These folks are clearly aspiring to create fine art.

This place is the BEST. The quality of the furniture is amazing, and they do a really nice job constructing pieces you want. Over the years, they have built us a custom dining table, benches, coffee table and a giant Alberta (Vermont) bed. Anne is very helpful and easy to work with. We couldn’t ask for a better place. I love this bed ! I searched for a long time to find something that was what I wanted it to look like and really was nontoxic and sustainable. I had many, many questions and Anne answered them all and was knowledgeable and an interesting person to talk to. She and Trevor saw that everything I wanted would happen. Trevor helped me with more questions and did drawings if I couldn’t explain it well. This in my experience is so rare to have this kind of response. Also, when the bed arrived I was stunned at the beauty and quality. Watching the men put it together not only was it beautifully done but the sturdiness and simplicity of joints reminded me of quality you see with the Amish. The bed had a feeling and slight smell of being in the forest. Coming from WA state with my love of the old growth forest what a joyful feeling that was for me. Thank goodness there are places like this left. What a win win all the way around.

I have to say I NEVER post, but today I feel compelled. The folks at URBAN WOODS are a breath of fresh air. Trevor and Anna took their time with us, their reclaimed wood facility is top notch and feel good across the board, and I felt the pricing was very fair. I will definitely go back to them again.

I was in the market for a reclaimed wood bed frame. I did not buy anything from here due to my budget after buying an expensive mattress. This review is for Anna, who took her time explaining the different materials to me and manufacturing process. There was no sales pressure. I can't stress enough what a breath of fresh air it is speaking with someone who a) knows her stuff about organic and all types of materials out there of what to buy and what to stay away from, ie toxins and mdf wood and b) has a passion for what she carries, makes and sells. Truly such a sweet woman. I wish I had the money to shop there but I will definitely do so at a later time.
