Talk about above and beyond- when I suggested to Marji that I’ve always thought zebra wood furniture was so beautiful, she went out, found, and gathered ALL the zebra wood in Southern California! THEN she negotiated a steal of a price on this rare tropical hardwood, AND passed those savings onto me, AND designed and delivered this stunningly beautifully custom-designed bed. I love it so much and can’t wait for the side tables, dresser, and floor mirror I’m also having her make to complete the set.

I could not be happier with the two items Marji made for our home. I had a vision and she was able to work with the dimensions of the room to create exactly what I envisioned. I could not recommend itsnottrash more for affordable, quality, custom made furniture.

Don’t hesitate and hire them right now! A truly gorgeous eco friendly new bed from a local business?? AND a super reasonable price?? What a dream. This bed made my dogs think they are models. Its so gorgeous. The whole process was amazing start to finish. Excellent communication. Easy installation. Marji even took our old bed frame off our hands. And Marji herself is a truly wonderful soul, I’m so happy to work with her and know her. We are thrilled. Will be getting more pieces soon!

This is my second project with Marj and her team at It's Not Trash. I love the collaboration ... Marj sketches while we talk so that we can co-create the best version of what I want. Wow! This was an amazing experience- Marji is such a hard working individual- goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy- I am extremely pleased with my new bed frame! Not only is this business wonderful for the environment, it’s also really affordable for solid wood, custom made beds. I needed a small double bed (frame that’s in between a full and twin) and she delivered! Her communication skills are exceptional and I highly recommend her! You will not be disappointed!

Marji worked with me to design a bed frame that would fit perfectly in our bedroom. They matched our dark cherry wood floor color request perfectly. They delivered all the parts and installed it for us too! It’s sturdy as hell and it also looks like our bed is levitating…so cool! We love it and hope to order a custom credenza from them soon

Love working with It’s Not Trash to design unique furniture that really works for my space. I live in a studio in an old building so I have to maximize space and fit weird measurements, hence the triangular kitchen table. The pieces are beautiful and functional. They met all of my specific requirements and were hand delivered. I feel good knowing I’m supporting a local business that uses reclaimed wood and stands for something.

We purchased a custom made coffee table from Marji 2 years ago and knew one day we'd also purchase a custom made headboard. We finally have our headboard, 2 bedside tables and mirror. We are in LOVE with them, just like we are with our coffee table. And you can't beat the prices! Marji and her team do EXCELLENT work and are so wonderful in making sure they are putting together just what you have imagined. Can't recommend IT'S NOT TRASH enough. Marji and her team are wonderful! I ordered a BedFrame online and they responded very quickly and involved me in the process from start to finish. Marji answered any and all questions I had and was very transparent about pricing. She also was able to customize the frame to be exactly what I wanted. Overall had a great experience!

Could not be more thrilled with our experience with It's Not Trash. I found them through Facebook Marketplace and thought it was some sort of scam, maybe, because it seems too good to be true. Marji was so thorough and responsive and helped come up with exactly what we wanted and Frank kept us posted as he built and stained the bed. Delivery was fast and easy and we are so happy with the final product. Would recommend them to anyone!

I absolutely love my platform bed from Its Not Trash!! Marji was very swift with her response and had amazing customer service. Khara was too also very accommodating. My bed is very sturdy and made of real wood not that terrible particle board that most companies use. I’m sure this bed is gonna last me a very long time. What’s also dope about Its Not Trash is that they use and repurpose old wood so they’re also doing a great service for the environment. I definitely recommend you get something made from them. You won’t regret it!!!

Marji is AWESOME! She does amazing, beautiful work, and goes out of her way to make everything right. I received updates along the way as progress was made, and the price was way better than anything I could've bought pre-made at this level of quality. On top of that, she showed up at my house THREE TIMES to work with me to fix some issues about the way I put the bed together. Above & beyond. And look at this beauty!

I picked up my new bohemian scandinavian styled desk from Marji today and I love it. I sent her a photo of what I was looking for and she matched it at an affordable price. She was really helpful on the phone in helping me figure out dimensions and color as well! This was actually the second product I bought from her. She made me a really sweet coffee table a couple of years ago as well. If you're looking for something custom made out of real wood definitely reach out to her, she's also really cool!

Absolutely obsessed with the piece I had made for my front porch. I had a reference photo and we talked through the materials, sizing and style together. They were so fast, affordable and artisan! Highly recommend!
