I could not be happier with this gym. It is beyond amazing and super clean. I have reached soo many of my goals in such a little amount of time. I am so excited to see how much more my body will excel from these incredible workouts. The trainers are one in a million, I have never been trained by such professional and kind hearted people in my life. They have really helped me and my family out reach our fitness goals. This place makes you challenge yourself and puts you in very good shape along with helping with your health. I feel so much healthier and happier from when I started to come workout at GIT. They are all so caring and supportive. I highly highly recommend. Everyone should run and try this gym out. You won’t be sorry!!!

GIT is my ALL-TIME FAVORITE GYM! I could not be more excited that their new location is open. The equipment is state-of-the-art, the trainers are fantastic, and the workouts keep me coming back for more! I leave every workout having targeted every single muscle in my body. I especially love how the trainers differentiate the exercises/provide modifications for everyone’s different needs. Congratulations to Matt and the entire staff at GIT for creating such an amazing environment for us to work out in! Love you guys!

Group Interval has completely changed my life. Prior to finding this gym I could barely run for short period of time, lift a heavy weight, or even do a push up. 10 months later I have completely changed my abilities to run longer, lift heavier, and do push ups (not on my knees). All the trainers put so much into the clients and classes making the classes so enjoyable. It's not often you find an amazing gym with such a nice little supportive community. I can't say enough the impact Group Interval has had on my life! Thank you to all the amazing trainers (:

It's easy to get stuck in a routine or lose motivation, but with GIT that's never the case! I love it! I always feel challenged, motivated, and love seeing great results. The trainers are incredibly knowledgeable and personable, and make sure to modify any activity to work around injuries, etc. I love that it's never the same workout, and with interval training I actually really enjoy working out. I get my cardio, strength, etc all in one, and I feel accomplished after. It's also very unique how much of a community there is at GIT. Everyone is positive and welcoming, and I fell right into place. I love being connected to a group, and I always look forward to my next workout.

I have been going to GIT for over 3 years now! The experience and results are well worth the membership. It's almost as if you are getting 1 on 1 training with amazing trainers. The schedule fits perfect with my work schedule. I have tried other gyms but the attention you get at GIT does not compare with any other gym! Def recommend GIT if you are thinking

I worked out at the old place for many years and now the new place open, post Covid, is larger and much more sophisticated and perfect for a good cardio and strength workouts. I came here today 8 AM even though it’s my birthday because I thoroughly enjoy my workouts here when I can get to it. Spacious to be far enough away from anyone if you have any concerns. As a 52-year-old guy I thoroughly endorse it and I don’t take my reviews lightly.

I am not someone who enjoys working out, somehow Group Interval Training (on Topanga at Dumetz) has made me love it. Try a class here and you will find yourself coming back for more. Great atmosphere and trainers, with the perfect combination of inspiration. The workouts are really challenging but not intimidating. It is circuit and interval based so it never gets boring. The classes are the perfect size to be in a group and get that motivation and support while also receiving personal attention. Check it out!

Hands down one of the best gym I ever been to! Matt and his team are the best ! I’ve been coming here since they open . You’ll ever do the same workout twice and they’re Constantly changing exercise routine challenging in ways that you’ve never been challenge before. They know where to push you and they will guide you along the way.

I am addicted!!!! I've been to almost every studio in the valley and NO one has this brilliant combination of equipment and such knowledgeable trainers. They are friendly, patient and attentive throughout the entire class. It's paced properly so the workout is effective without hurting my lower back or knees. The studio is ALWAYS clean. I'm extremely happy and strongly recommend it.

Fantastic workout. They push you to do your personal best, but you can work at your own pace. You will be sweaty and tired. The equipment is high quality and the facilities always clean. The instructors are top notch. I've gone for 5 years, and still enjoy it.

The beauty of Group Interval Training is that it is more intimate than a large gym. G.I.T. gives you the best of both worlds--you get the focus/attention of a personal trainer and the comraderie of a small group workout. The instructors are motivating and push each individual to help them accomplish their personal goals. This is one of best workouts in town and I always leave wanting to comeback! Keep sweating!!!

Been going to G.I.T fit since it opened. I know it has changed my philosophy on training. Over the years Matt has updated the facility with new equipment . The classes are varied, but each time I leave, I feel I have accomplished another day of taking care of myself. The trainers care- they are there to guide us, not upsell other services. Matt got me into running 5 and 10K's My body structure changed over the years, and I have dropped weight. I look forward to the classes. If you are hesitant about working out- they have a introductory two week unlimited program!

A great gym - classes are very challenging, and I can modify as needed. Trainers are very positive, high energy, and provide real instruction. A fantastic varied program, with nice members too.

Have been a faithful client since Matt opened the place 9 years ago. Devoted group of friendly regulars. Great prices and pretty similar workout concepts (HIIT/MRT) to high priced joints like Orange Theory. Be sure to book online in advance for primetime as some of the classes are almost always sure to hit the 16 client max capacity.

I"m a super busy single mom who takes fitness pretty seriously. When I find an hour to work out I need every minute to count and that's exactly what I have found at GIT. I happen to be a pretty competitive amateur athlete but what I love about the way GIT is structured is that any one from any fitness level can work out side by side and really leave getting the best work out for them personally. The instructors are top notch and will help you with modifications depending on your needs. The atmosphere is friendly and class sizes small. Over the years I've seen remarkable health and fitness transformations in many of the clients. And for myself- a trail runner by training- GIT helped me with building my strength to the point that I just (ahem) won first overall female at the Castaic Spartan Race (I know!! right??) This would not have been possible with out the training that I receive at GIT.
