Had my accident at november 2018, called and sent them pictures and location of the repair shop and my signed towing contract next day. I even asked if i have to do anything else, and they told me they will take care of it. Very kind service untill then, but no action taken for an entire month. And because of that, my storage fee came up to 2600 dollars without fixing anything. After that, they only update you through emails, only if i ask for updates. Work done in a very lazy, unkind way.
(And they want me to get my signed document notarized from other lawyer or bank. Usually, other lawyer office that i know gets it done by themselves, but not here. What a way to take 33% from the accident compensation.)

I didn't see the documents I had agreed to and I didn't get any compensation!I've wasted a lot of time. It's a very unkind place!
