Very friendly office. Dr. Zapanta is very gentle. Even my children go without any complaints and that never happened before. I go to the Downtown office. Open Saturdays! Very convenient. Super nice staff. Very accommodating. They work with me to save me money. So glad I found them. I recommend them all the time.

My mother and I were recommended here from her co-worker and we were very thankful. Honestly after getting my root canal done and getting crowns I do not feel satisfied at all, it’s been months later and I still have swelling and pain from time to time and that’s because they ignore my main problem and don’t want to send me to another specialist to really do surgery on my main tooth where it hurts badly. Every time I went there I had a different doctor work on me and I had to re-explain everything and they just wanted there money and to shut me up and have me stop goin back. They kept ignoring my complaint about my tooth and the main doctor was avoiding me so much I just don’t get it they hate their job because she would complain that I give her so much work to do and she hates doing root canals. Plus they talk in other languages in front of you and make you feel uncomfortable. Waste of time

Didn't have a good experience at all. I didnt care for the spiratic office hours, very inconvenient I didn't care for the appearance or smell of the West Covina office- the chair in the lobby is so old the seat almost fell out from under me. The back of the office is like horders with boxes and stuff piled almost blocking the back exit door and bathroom door I feel like I had to squeeze into the bathroom door... the staff had food on top of some of those boxes it was very low class. The dentist Christine is cheerful and nice but her work is sub par. She was in a rush. The materials used were not high quality, nothing there is nowhere close to good quality, the equipment is outdated the office is messy and dirty. The staff talks in Tagalog umoungst themselves couldn't understand what was being said I felt like I was in a Vietnamese nail salon. Over priced. I never want to go back.

The worst place ! They lied, and try'd rip me and insurance co. Off they did half the work and left me on my own ! Now i have to look for another doctor , then doctor Cristina zapanta told me if i don't like it , Go somewhere else ! She's a nice doctor💩
