Let me start of by stating that the costumer service here is quite the best. I want to thank JASMINE in particular for taking the time in helping me out with another stores issue. (Coffee bean on Wilshire ) she went beyond what she needed to do and I thank her for that.

This place is my haven. Cool staff very knowledgeable and courteous. They greet you when you come in and thank you for your patronage. Open until 11 except on Friday and Saturday its 11:30. One of the few with wall outlets available. A big deal for me. Better than that "other place" if ya know whom im speaking of holla'. Prices not bad for the ambiance its worth it. Lots of our "Men in Blue" so thieves forget about it. Hard working USC and other students make up the population. Its located in a great area on Figueroa Ave and Exposition just across from the Coliseum and USC.

Very friendly staff and genuinely clean environment (not because of "Covid BS). only downside is harrassment from aggressive homeless people asking for $$

It felt new inside when I was there. Not sure how it is other times, but it was quiet and not too busy on a Saturday morning. I noticed the seats along the wall all had outlets. The baristas were friendly too.
