The View Apartments

It's my second year staying at this apartment, just extended my contract last month. Very spacious rooms, Great amenity constantly being updated, and most importantly management officer is always helpful. Jenny Jung has been my great help ever since I entered and she's very quick to respond whenever there are needs.

I had to move to Orange County for work, and I miss this place so much...
I miss the spacious landscape that they made, and I miss the quick responses from the team :(

I’ve been living here for almost 3 years and it’s been an amazing experience! Kevin’s been super professional and a great source of help from the beginning of my lease, maintenance is always quick, and the apartment is kept clean. I had a long list of apartments when I was planning my move to LA, and having been living here, I definitely know I picked the best one. :)

I’ve lived here for almost six months now. It’s the nicest place I’ve ever lived. There’s central heat and air conditioning, all the fixtures work, my apartment has its own laundry machines and dishwasher, and my mail is always delivered properly without risk of theft. The security staff is at their desk 24/7, which makes me feel safe. And the maintenance team is friendly, the one time I clogged my own sink (my fault) they came promptly and fixed it. The common areas are cleaned daily and the swimming pool is a refreshing amenity, with the temperature at the right level. The attached photo is the view facing West from the 11th floor.

My time at the View apartments has ended due to job relocation....
I can wholeheartedly say that my experience in Los Angeles was excellent - not because of the city, but because of where I lived.

Kevin (Property Manager) was an excellent welcome to Los Angeles, and was always available to answer any questions I had about the property, the city, and life in general.

The unit that I moved into was in excellent condition, and Kevin worked with me to keep my unit through unemployment, and a unit upgrade after a promotion. He was extremely organized, and made the leasing process extremely easy and convenient.

I requested to have EV Charging fixed at the property, and within a week - it was done. I asked for my unit to be repaired, and maintenance had already completed the work before I returned home from work the next day.

If only all property managers were this diligent, kind and thorough.

Inquired moving into this apartment and absolutely love it. I still have 2 months before my lease ends and definitely considering moving in. First I want to point out how clean this place is and how dedicated the staff is in keeping it that way. The building as I was told is very secure which had been an issue with my previous apartment. The units I visited were beautiful and modern with updated appliances perfect ergonomic layout for someone who works from home. I was helped by Jenny which I believe was the manager and I have to say this interaction had blown me away. She was very personable, professional, and kind. I had Thousands of questions and all of them were answered. I’m quite impressed as you can clearly acknowledge their staff have been properly trained.

Decided to come take a look at this apartment and it was actually very nice. The lobby has a really nice design and I loved their amenities. The workers there greeted me nicely and I like how everything was handled professionally. Spoke to a leasing agent, Kevin, and he was very detailed and went out his way to even tour a 1x1. The apartment didn't really meet my criteria's but I had an amazing experience with my time here and Kevin was a big reason for that.

I have lived here at The View since 2013 and have seen various management come and go through the years (even a change in ownership). The current team is pleasant to work with especially the past year ever since the pandemic started. The building continues to have renovations in different phases to enhance and improve the quality of living for all the residents. Special shout out to Kevin who always goes above and beyond to address questions/concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Wanted to give an update and leave a review for the maintenance team as well. Along with completing the work order tasks, Justin always has a great attitude. It could be early in the morning, end of day and even on the wknd! He always has a positive and professional demeanor!

I have been here for nearly four months now and feel comfortable with providing an honest and well-opinionated review. *DISCLAIMER: I am not being paid nor receiving any benefit for providing this review. This is out of my own free will as I believe I'm giving credit to where credit is due*

The facilities are kept very clean and up-to-date. I felt a sense of modernization when we first viewed the house and the feeling still remains. As I upload this review, the apartment complex is undergoing renovation to upgrade the facilities and to further modernize and improve the quality of life for the tenants...awesome! My wife reminds me, at least once a week I believe, that she loves it here and that we are very fortunate to find this "gem" when we first moved here (first time living in LA).

For the staff...this is where I believe the View gets my approval...VERY POLITE and PROFESSIONAL. They are quick to listen and quick to react to our family's needs (any issues or concerns we have; which aren't that many). The great experience started when we first dealt with Jenny. She is amazing and if you are afraid to deal with anyone else, I wouldn't be as everyone here is great, I would recommend speaking/consulting with her.

Location is great as well. We are able to walk to any grocery stores, public transportation, restaurants, etc. while still avoiding being consumed by the side effects of being located by a major/main road within the city.

Amazing Justin was on time great personality excellent work explained everything and completed everything in a timely manner. Thank you to Jamie our amazing manager the best I have ever had she’s always very accommodating, professional and kind. All of the staff here at the view are amazing people.

Best apartment in K-Town, Los Angeles! Reasonable price for a spacious unit with a great view. And the management is very kind and helpful too. I was in hurry moving to LA and Mr. Kevin Tames helped me very much move in a short period of time. Everything went smooth from the beginning to the end. I would definitely recommend living in the view apartment.

I just moved in and so far I couldn’t be happier with my experience! I was on a time crunch for a move-in date and they were super accommodating and responsive with viewings and through email. I was moving from out of state and they helped me get everything settled so My move in was easy. The complex is very nice and close to both food and fun. I’m excited to call this place my new home!

I recently checked out The View apartments at 7th and Ardmore. Wow! I was shocked at how big and beautiful the apartments were. The views from the huge windows were simply amazing. The appliances seemed like new and the apartment was really clean. Jamie, the manager, and her assistant Jenny were very nice and very professional and seemed like they would be very helpful. The other couple of people who worked there were pleasant as well. The community room and the outside areas were very welcoming and also spotless. The rents are comparable to Luna and The Pearl which are nearby but the units in those two places are tiny compared with the ones at The View. I won’t be moving until August but so far I have not seen anything better for me than here.

Kevin Tames was incredibly helpful during the stressful process of applying for and leasing a new apartment. The complex, as well as the individual units, is maintained beautifully, providing a modern luxurious experience. While I have not fully experienced living in the unit yet, I can say for certain that Kevin's service was friendly, professional, and outright pleasant from start to finish. Very much looking forward to staying here for the next year.

great location, great apartments, clean facilities. been here a year now. building changed ownership in that time. building staff are incredibly helpful. maintenance quick to respond to any issues. the front office staff really care about their residents. Jamie, Jenny, and Sarah were extremely helpful and understanding as i was wavered on whether or not to renew my lease. they went above and beyond what i've ever experienced from building management and i appreciate it very much.

after looking around, you're not going to find better value in ktown in this price range. excited to see what the building will look like with the common area renovations.

I came into The View as part of my search for my next residence. From the moment I walked in, I could tell that not only the aesthetics of the building were pleasing but the warmth from the staff was something that resonated with me. Sara B., was the one that showed me around the building, the amenities, and the unit itself. Along with Sara, the rest of her colleagues (Jamie and Jenny) were particularly helpful in answering questions in a prompt manner. It's always an expectation to have the professionalism of a management team be at its highest in a higher-end building like this, however, it's a pleasant surprise when their demeanors are warm and friendly as well — it was certainly a nice bonus. I was satisfied with the unit and building, but the management team really set me at ease when I decided to make The View my next home.

Hi my name is Emily Lee. Im moving in! This apartment is amazing and the management staff is just as amazing. Kevin was so helpful. He took 30 of my calls and answered dozens of my calls. I like the first apartment he showed me on the 2nd floor but I wanted to be higher. Kevin informed me there would be another apt opening up on the 6th floor which Im currently living in. I asked him if he could please send me pictures of the apartment and he did within an hour. The pictures alone sold me. This was the 6th apartment building that I looked but the one the different was the staff. Kevin was welcoming and personable. Such an amazing experience!

I needed to move to a new apartment for work and Kevin helped make it easy to browse. We did run late after the appointment time but he was accommodating. We did look at the penthouse and regular rooms. He took the time to explain the details of each room. Very enjoyable experience. Thanks!

I have been looking for a new apt. in K-town for months. Many APTs have great features;swimming-pool, meeting room, fitness club, club house etc. but it seems like each unit is kind of small and the ceiling is low.
I visited this place last week and the manager, Jamie showed couple of rooms and presented facilities and I got surprised. This APT has been renovated and turned into a very nice brand-new APT. The rooms are very bigger than others in K-town and swimming pool is very well maintained and community room is perfect for me to hang around for couple of hours. BBQ place and couple of tables are ready to enjoy! The view is wonderful too! Also the manager Jamie and other staff (I think her name is Jenny) are super nice and friendly. They are very caring.
It is located 7th and very quite. (There are lots of apartments on Wilshire blvd, but it is too noisy). I’m so happy to find this place!!!
Super-nice-warm managers, facilities, and quite neighbor and huge rooms... what else I need!

The view was great and there's a beautiful swimming area. You can enjoy a nice relaxing bbq with your friends and the gorgeous scenery. Kevin was very helpful and accommodating. I was an hour late for my appointment, but Kevin still made time for me to show me around. 10 out of 10 I would recommend.
