I had the pleasure of using the premiere carpet cleaning company in Los Angeles. If it were any other city, that wouldn’t be too impressive. But in LA, it can take quite a bit of work to separate the wheat from the chaff. And Eco Green is the creme de la creme.

I second the review below me. Same thing happened, website mentions 29 per room, quoted 60 and asked for 75. Carpet cleaner barely covered 2 rooms and called it a day leaving the stains as is. I called the company and they didn’t do anything but ask for more money. Bad services and bad work ethics. The carpet cleaner was all the time on phone and barely sprayed anything wasting most of it and polluting the air rather than sincerely cleaning the carpet! Seriously scammers!!

I NEVER CONTACTED THIS COMPANY, I called to have my rug cleaned, the person who attended me told me it would be $59 and when the technician arrived he charged me $80 to clean it so quickly that it only took about 15 minutes and my rug was just as dirty. I called to make the claim and they told me that they could not do anything, that I had to pay for a more expensive cleaning, they are SCAMMERS

Do not use this company. The guy changed the price to more than double than what the website special was.
Rug was not clean at all and the floor underneath was sopping wet. The chemical smell was so awful I ended up having to throw the rug away. After reaching out multiple times there was no response. I’m hoping this review will help someone else not make the same mistake I did.

I am incredibly disappointed with the service at Eco Carpet Cleaning. I had an appointment scheduled for Sunday, 9/4. The technician arrived on time and gave us two options to clean our area rug. We decided to upgrade the service to deep cleaning for $120.00 for a 6x9 area rug. After the service was complete, the Tech told us because it was a deep cleaning, we could have up to 7 days to have someone come out and redo the service if we weren't satisfied. Because it was a hot day, the rug dried quickly, and within 2 hours, we knew that some areas needed to be touched up. I called Eco within 2 hours of the service and asked for the Tech to come back. The Tech was unavailable, so they rescheduled the service for Wednesday, 9/7. We never received a call on Wednesday, and the Tech did not show up. I called Eco on Friday, 9/9, to ask what happened and if they could send someone out today, and the customer service rep Cynthia was rude and blamed me for not answering the phone on Wed with the Tech called. I told her I didn't have a missed call, and she said she could see it in the notes. I asked if she could see a time or specific call log, and she said no, just the Tech notes. I said I could show you my record where there are no missed calls or voicemails. We did this back and forth for a while and eventually landed on rescheduling the appt for this Wed. Let's see if they show up. The bottom line is I did not appreciate being told by Cynthia that it was my fault for not answering a call that didn't happen and for calling back on Friday because "it's not important to me." This was so unprofessional. I don't know how they have received such great reviews.

I should have checked Yelp before calling. LOL. There rating explains everything.

I highly recommend you DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I called Saturday morning (7/9) and spoke to a CSR explained that my dog peed on a cushion on the couch. Told him I saw you have a cleaning coupon for $79. He said that just for the steam cleaning, not the stain removal or deodorizer. He said that he would need to send someone for a quote.

While leery, I said fine. He scheduled me from 4-6pm the next day (Sunday 7/10).

I was away from my phone, but the guy called at 3:00pm saying he was in my area. Since I was not expecting him till 4, I didn't answer my phone.

When I called him back, before 4pm (3:45) he said he's not coming back. I told him that my appt that you all gave me was 4-6pm not 3pm. He did care and said he could come tomorrow.

When I called in to the company, I spoke with another CSR who was clueless. She seems to have all the wrong info about my cleaning request.

I was upset and express that on the phone. She was showed ZERO empathy or understanding of my situation. She did nothing to get the driver to meet his obligations.

She said I should call another company because he not coming. TO THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY, LET THAT SINK IT. Your employee told me to use another company. Not because I was unreasonable, but because I was upset that YOU all are not living up to YOUR expectations that YOU set.

TO THE OWNER OF THIS COMPANY.. You probably are blowing off these ratings or not reading them at all.

I will say, you have a problem on your hands.
