5 stars does not do justice! The BEST restaurant & BEST food I've EVER had *drooling*. Fernando was also the BEST waiter. Perfect recommendations. Authentic cuisine from Oaxaca. I will be back every time I'm in LA and highly recommend to everyone! Thank you again for an exquisite experience,

As a 5th generation authentic Mexican- food cook raised in Mexico, I don't eat at most Mexican restaurants because most are mediocre... so I cook my own Mexican food at home.

HOWEVER... when I don't feel like cooking I go to this Juquila location.

Food is so good! Delicious, traditional Oaxacan food. All the ingredients are the best quality. And the mole is amazing! The tortillas, te queso and the salsa omg! You must try it!

Cheese enchiladas are my favorite food. Ive had HUNDREDS. And I promise, the cheese enchiladas here are the best ive ever had period. The flavor of the sauce and its spicyness is perfect!

Food was great talapia had a very good seasoning and not over fried like many places . Tasted fresh . waitress was great and loved their horchata .

Nice place, delicious Oaxacan food, great Service. Before they pandemic, we used to go every month to celebrate our birthdays with their mango margaritas on happy hour. I'm happy to learn they survived. Outdoor patio to eat now. The waitress remembered us after a year!!! Nice!

Food is delicious and has some spice to it! The salsa is so good. The portions and price are on point too. This is our new regular place for Mexican food! The wet burritos are soooo good.

I've lived near here 25 years but just tried it recently. Big fan of their lunch burrito now. Nice family-style atmosphere. And the friends I take who actually know and like Mexican food tell me it's super yummy in an authentic way.

Authentic Mexican food at a good price with indoor seating, restrooms, and beer. Oaxacan food done right.

So, 5 stars, as everything is awesome despite how affordable it is. It's the best that you can get for the price and it's hard to get better by paying more.

The Salsa Verde from Juquila is the best I've ever had, very acidic. Anything you get with the salsa verde is going to be great. The mole is also delicious. The chicken enchiladas are a big hit.

The waitstaff are friendly with children. My two year old asks to go there by name. We go once or twice a month. It is the only restaurant he knows by name.

I had their caldo de 7 mares and it was so delicious. Mireya tried her first tlayuda mixta and loved it. The restaurant is clean. I loved their patio setup. Great service! I hope to come back here someday.

Deliciously authentic mole. I tried the red and it was like abuelita's. The enfrijoladas are as good as you get in Oaxaca. Chorizo was very tasty. The caldo siete mares (seafood soup) reminded me of my family trips to the coast in Central America to have fresh seafood soup. Very unpretentious , especially for the Westside of LA, which I see as a positive thing.

Best rice and beans on the west side. Fried or marinated pork tacos are exceptional. The juquila burrito (chicken, covered in dark mole) is a fantastic signature. Chips w/ red mole and spicy table salsa will haunt your dreams. Have been ordering takeout weekly since quarantine began.

Huevos rancheros are some of the best I've ever had.

I am a huge fan of Mole and almost always order it whenever I see it on a restaurant menu. Over the years, I have probably ordered it at a hundred or more different restaurants. I have been to Juquila twice in the last month (stumbled upon it the first time after getting a car wash across the street). Juquila's black Mole is one of the best I have ever tasted. On top of that, their salsa is superb and they make their own excellent corn tortillas. I can't wait to try the red Mole next. Its a hole in the wall, but a real discovery, especially for the Westside where there are not enough good Mexican restaurants.

We stopped by my girlfriend’s birthday last week. I am sorry I waited so long to write this review. We picked this place because her dad is from Oaxaca. So we decided to make a reservation here a day before.
We didn’t know what to order, but the guy that served us recommended the parillada Oaxaqueña. This dish or more like platter comes with different meats like cesina, chorrizo, tasajo, carne asada and grilled chicken. The side dishes include beans, rice and tortillas. The drinks that he recommended was a drink called horchata con nieve. Which this drink is made from scratch from the chef and not it’s not like your typical horchata that you can get from other restaurants.
By the way, while you wait for this delicious platter, they serve you a side a chips with Oaxaca’s mole on the top. You can’t beat this. Thank you so much. I’ll be coming to your restaurant soon.

Amazing food, went there for Xmas day, new years day and 2 more times after. Their Camarones de mojo de ajo and huevos rancheros and flan cannot be beat. Reasonable prices, quaint joint for Hispanics and Gringos alike. Love this place.
