COMBAT WORKS

Combat works is authentic Krav Maga! I signed up a couple months ago after I went to two other places that called themselves Krav but where more like a cardio class. Omer and Eva are the owners and instructors. Omer was born and raised in Israel where he trained in Krav Maga. Check this place out and take a free class, you will definitely see that Omar and Eva are very authentic and teach you what you need to defend yourself in the real world. The also have weekend courses on knife defense and Tactical Point Shooting...

Did a Krav Maga class last night. Omer is a fantastic instructor who explains each step really well. The kick boxing class that was running before looked awesome and I’m definitely going back to do some!!

Reason for 5 stars:
1: Walk in and the gym is spotless!
2: great looking gear and top quality gear.
3: Friendly team and helpful in getting you set up.
4: CQC area!! What!!! An awesome purpose built area inside a gym is something I have not seen outside of a government training facility!
5: great class!! 1.5 hrs later and 2 bottles of water, I had learnt new skills and burnt a ton of calories!

An amazing place to get a great workout and learn real self defense skills. The gym is clean and classes instructed by both Eva and Omer are challenging and help you build useful skills in an organized, practical way. You can truly see that they care about their students and want them to learn as much as possible while still maintaining a safe and fun environment. They have created such an open and welcoming community of like minded people( both women and men). They are a great addition to our community!

As a former kickboxing instructor, it was time for me to get back into my groove after a tiny 10 year break raising children :-) I was very nervous but Eva and Omer are wonderful and friendly and welcoming to everyone at all levels! The cardio kickboxing class was so much fun and a fantastic workout! Then I observed a Krav Maga session and am looking forward to giving it a try! Beautiful professional facility! This place is great for anyone at any level to come have fun, get a good workout in and learn something new! I hope they add some morning kickboxing classes soon!

I can’t get say enough great things about Omer and Eva, the owners of the Krav Maga school Combat Works. Combat Works is something my girlfriend and I look forward to every week thanks to the awesome instruction and tutelage from Omer and Eva. And thanks to them having a class everyday of the week with some fantastic workshops on the weekends (knife works, multiple attacker’s classes, what to do in case of an active shooter) my GF and I are able to easily work the classes into our very busy schedules. If you’re looking for a great conditioning class mixed in with some kickboxing, then Eva’s Box Works is the class for you. I thought I was a fairly tough and in shape guy until I went to Box Works and let me tell you, this class had me huffing and puffing more than some of my training in the Marine Corps. Not only was it a great workout, it was a valuable boxing lesson. Eva walks around and helps fine tune your kicks and punches so you’re not only working out, but you’re now confident that your hits land correctly and effectively.
And we can’t forget about Omer, a man who has taken a highly efficient form of combat martial arts and somehow transformed it into a real-world applicable concept combined with entertaining and controlled chaos. I have studied a few fighting styles and martial arts (wrestling, jiu-jitsu, Marine Corps martial arts...) and Omer’s teachings of Krav Maga by far is the most true to life and effective. Omer teaches how to be prepared for any situation in the real world, whether you’re at a bus stop, ATM machine, or in front of a counter ordering a burger, his techniques help to mentally and physically prep you for whatever situation you’re in, in whatever environment. Other martial arts and combat sports teach you to enter into the perfect fighting stance with the hopes that your attacker allows you the time to do so, while Omer teaches you to react without delay and hesitation.
Anyways, if you can’t read all of that, just know that choosing to join this class and school will be one of the best decisions you’ll make and you’ll enjoy every minute with a desire to come back for more.

Omer is a Fantastic Instructor! Really knows his stuff! He is also patient & instills humor making the classes more enjoyable. He is highly skilled but knows how to taylor the class to the individual skill levels. Eva is very helpful and encouraging! I find it a very comfortable yet challenging experience each time I attend!

I been taking workshops here for knife defense, active shooter defense, kicking and punching workshops ect.
Omer and Eva are well experienced and knowledgable teachers, Thank you both for sharing life long skills!

I'm somewhat an active person at work and in leisure so when I walked into this class I thought it would be a cute workout. But it turned out to be an amazing and energetic cardio workout combined with boxing that was never dull from beginning to end! I was so impressed with the instructors and their knowledge and experience that they brought to the class... I signed up right then and there for their membership. If you're tired of lame gym routines and are in need of a different, exciting, energetic approach to your workout, this is the place! They also offer other classes as well.

Organized a family private session with Eva. Such a fabulous experience and skills that are useful immediately. This is exactly the environment and the coaching style that I was looking for to get the family confident, comfortable and equipped. Bravo!

I appreciate the realism Omer brings to training. A fight never happens in a sterile environment, but the point isn't being perfect, it's surviving. Training at Combat Works is just as much mental as it is physical. But don't get me wrong. It is very much physical. You'll rarely train against a bag because in real life you'll never have a static aggressor.

Fun, safe, educational and incredibly vigorous training for my extremely active teenager. He loves the workout and the comradeship. All are made to feel welcome. Omer is patient, positive and professional.

This place is Awesome!!! Eva and Omer made us feel right at home. Never took any self defense classes before but they teach you what you need to survive real world situations.
