I engaged Noble Accounting for my last non-profit job, where I was Deputy Director of Operations. When I joined the org, I knew that we had so much mess to clean up in the accounting operations in terms of processes and systems for efficiency and effectiveness. I hired Noble to do a quick assessment of the accounting operations. After interviewing key stakeholders and investigating the system setup, Kevin (the President of Noble) and Michael (Sr. Manager) gave me a report with detailed analysis and set of recommendations. As I was impressed with their work, I hired Noble Accounting Team to do the next phase project of cleaning the accounting operations. All of the Noble Team members were hard workers and professional.
