The staff here is amazing, they are very helpful and friendly. Any questions you have they make sure to answer and they go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied with their services. Mariah, and Jennifer have been amazing with scheduling as well as Gabriel he really went above and beyond to get me in and have me seen ASAP. Larry has been so great at helping me as well I wouldn't have continued my care if it wasn't for how much he explained and assisted me in getting what I need done. Sonia and Jesus were so great and made sure that my experience was great, I have really bad anxiety and they were both very patient with me. Jesus was great considering I made him do double the work. Dr. Snapir was so great and patient with me. Highly recommend this office for any of your dental needs. The office is super clean and relaxing you don't feel like you're going to the dentist.

I recently visited the Dental Smile center where I meet the most fantastic team of professionals. I being the sensitive type when visiting the dentist, enjoyed one of the most relaxing, clean and kind team! My first contact was with Gabe, this young man is exceptional at his role of office manager. He is very accurate and takes time to answer all questions and make you feel at ease. Larry, the Operations manager is a very resourceful, kind and knowledgeable professional who takes time to best way options for you and your insurance coverage. I can’t say enough about Dr.Snapier, a warm, kind highly knowledgeable Dentist that truly cares for his clients. Dr.Fillip, a great dentist with a feel for his clients his attention to detail and very informative. I HIGHLY recommend the Dental Smile Center.

I recently went to Dr. Snapir when he was highly recommended by my neighbor. I went in for a rework on a root canal done by a different dentist. They had a root canal specialist work on the tooth (Dr. Sam). He did an amazing job I felt very comfortable and was not in any pain. I also had a cleaning done and the dental assistant was very sweet.
The office has recently undergone some updates. It is very clean and all the equipment is high tech. The girls at the front desk are friendly. Larry in the finance dept is helpful and hospitable in explaining a plan suitable for you.

Clean and professional environment. The staff is truly amazing. Jennifer and Jocelyn in the front desk are always so friendly and attentive. Larry is also extremely helpful and patient in breaking down financial options. Last week I received veneers, was quite apprehensive about the whole thing. Dr. Ash explained the process and after care very well. His calm yet, easygoing personality put me at ease. I’m so happy with the end results!

The Dr's and staff at the office are amazing! Not only did I get 5 star treatment but they were so thorough to explain all the treatment to me and they made me feel so comfortable and at home. The assistant Allyson who helped the wonderful Dr Neta with me was so nice and did such an amazing job with helping explain all the dental lingo and making me feel relaxed. This place really is amazing! I would definitely recommend this dental office.

I went in for an exam and Dr. Snapir was very sweet and professional. He made me feel comfortable and told he I was in good hands. I then met with Larry and he was extremely thorough in all of the information he shared with me regarding the dental work I needed. He had a great personality and I felt like I was cared for as a patient and not just someone they wanted to get money from. I had my first treatment which was a gingival graft. Dr. Sasteal was the surgeon that did the graft. I trusted him and it took less than an hour from start to finish. Dental Smile Center is a trusted dental center that is honest and they do high quality work. I would definitely recommend.

Everyone there was great from the receptionist to my favorite guy Larry in finance. The techs walked me through what they were doing and the Dr was absolutely the best. He was caring and really made sure I was Comfortable the whole time. The office is highly advanced with a calming atmosphere. I have the biggest fear of the dentist and they really put me at ease. I am Looking forward to my next visit 🤗

I had an excellent experience with the Dental Smile center. I was in severe pain for a few days and they took care of me as soon as I called them. They gave me honest advice on the type of procedure that would work best for me. The Staff was very responsive and easy to work with I also felt very safe due to them following the covid-19 protocols. I totally recommend coming here to get all your dental needs taken care of.

I was dealing with a severe toothache that triggered the teeth next to it and it was the worst pain I ever experienced. Out of desperation I called so many dentists to see who could take me and work with me. They got me in on a Saturday even though they were full of appointments and I was immediately relieved of the pain by the AMAZING Doctor.
I swear it was like magic! I then went back for other appointments for a root canal and a crown. All quick yet great work!
From the front desk to the back where the magic happens, I was met with very nice, caring, and great people. For being such a rushed desperate situation on my end, I never expected the amount of care and amazing dental work and I’m so thankful I got it. Thank you!! ❤❤

Excellent staff!! Everyone is so nice, and if you're like me and dentists make you nervous in general, these people will make you feel so comfortable and at ease. They're honest too! I had just been to a different dentist who was trying to talk me into getting a root canal, but these guys let me know it wasn't really a root canal and I only needed a few fillings! It's been a few weeks and my mouth feels great, and they saved me an expensive operation I didn't need!! Such great people! I'm certainly sticking with this place for any further dental work :)

I'm glad I chose The Smile Center after endlessly searching for a new dentist since the move from Boston. Dr. Snapir and staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. They make you feel at home and comfortable, which is awesome, unlike other offices. After fully explaining everything that needed to be done, and working out a payment plan...there were no surprises with billing or anything. Procedures were quick and professional, and couldn't be more happy with the work. If I could give these guys 10 stars, I would !!

I was in a great deal of pain with a tooth. When I got in touch with Larry he was able to get me in right away. They were more than helpful with necessary treatment/prescriptions and I was feeling better in a few hours. I look forward to working with them to fix my teeth/smile. Great dental office both front and back.

The Dental Smile Center is nothing short of excellence. From the front office to the doctor himself - perfection is expected. Dr. Snapir & his team are artists with an eye for detail. If you have any anxiety about going to the dentist , the dental smile center will put you at ease. As soon as you walk in you are greeted like family. Many times the dental smile center felt like a spa rather than a dental office. Just close your eyes… relax…and let the doctor and his team  work their magic!

Pretty great experience. The staff were friendly and honest. Having a general skepticism of going to the dentist I was impressed with their authenticity and advice. There was a moment after reflection however that I am a little skeptical. When asking what a certain material was, the office manager just slid over the subject and didn’t repeat himself. Later I looked it up and realized that there are somewhat dangerous materials as in any dental product. This is the crooked thing about the dental industry; many products are harmful, however most people don’t have the money or insurance for alternative or holistic dentistry. I think they were honest, however, in informing us on what treatment was needed, which really wasn’t much but preventative care. I respect that about them, as there are other places that would lie about treatment. I would probably go back, but who knows.

As a first time patient at The Dental Smile Center and a person that needed to see a dentist a long time ago but was always too afraid and embarrassed but that day I walked into DSC I felt like I had been coming here for a lifetime. They totally care about you as a person of their family and definitely not like a dental patient with issues. I give BIG kudos to Vera for making me feel and know that I was in great hands and no need to worry. She really goes out of her way to help with options plans and the understanding of everything from assessment to the oral plan and the financial part of the of the process. I can't say enough about Vera because she wasn't like that with just me but the patients I heard her with got the same treatment as I did. I have to say the Dr. and his son are very cool guys that made me feel like I was supposed to be here. And I have to say that. Allison is the best even though I just met her while writing this review she is fricken awesome just like the rest of the staff working here. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND The Dental Smile Center to any and everyone that is timid, scared or embarrassed to go to the dentist give them a try you will not regret the decision!

Finally after 3+ years I went to a dentist. I waited because of prior bad experiences & stressors. Because I waited so long, I required:
full mouth x-rays
deep deeper-cleanings
And needed some ‘major work’ done by the dentist, as well as, their endodontist which required several trips to their office.
* This was my experience:
It was much appreciated how this office effortlessly worked with the insurance company (even while I was in their office) wasting no time gathering information and answers. They started working on me right-away (Each-Time) I showed up for the ‘multiple appointments; eliminating any unnecessary stressful waiting periods; (which could be good if you have a busy schedule). The office and dental area appeared clean and sanitary. They didn’t make multi-appointments drag out &/or go on forever, since my teeth needed attention in stages it could have been emotionally a problem, instead it was a relief. They gave me enough pain medication & were assertive to help make sure the surgery was under control. Each visit, I had good results; so they seem to be very good-at-what they do (Professionals). And, So far the hefty payment schedule is manageable and most importantly my teeth look and feel great. I am grateful to have found a good group of talented people right here In Van NUYS. And, if something does end up going wrong; I believe they would take responsibility, & fix it without problems. With that said; I will no-longer be driving to Sherman Oaks to stress, feel like a number, get double-billed, and not get the quality care like I received from here. I’m feeling good!

Hello everyone, I just want to say how I was treated in the dentist office the staff are very nice, and helpful they care of their patients. I give a shout out to Larry he has been very patient with me on this journey. He is very professional and kind! I got all my needs met, and I am happy for there service! I had a great experience here at The Dental Smile Center. I got xrays and a deep cleaning here, and I believe the dentist, hygienists, assistants, and staff were very professional. There had been a bit of a mix up but Larry was very accommodating and fixed the issue. I would recommend the dental smile center to anyone looking for dental work.

I can’t express enough how happy I am to have found this dentist facility. The staff is beyond friendly and care about you. As soon you walk in they all greet you and everyone has a positive attitude. I do want to recognize one particular staff member . Vera you are the best !!! You are a great asset to the office and I want to say thank u for your services . Dr. Shapir is a caring doctor and that cares about his patients . By far the best dental office in the valley .

Absolutely fantastic! Dr.Snapir, Dr. Ash and the entire staff are amazing. They all made my dental journey not only comfortable but stress and anxiety free. They made sure I knew everything to expect from start to finish. I can actually say I love going to the dentist now. Thank you for giving me my smile back again!!!
