By far the best property management company I've ever rented from. I lived in one of their managed duplexes for 2 years and had very few maintenance issues, and the ones that arose were handled within a maximum of 2 days every time. Once they sent someone the same day to fix the garbage disposal, done before I got home from work! Correspondences were always fast, professional and courteous. Online portal made paying rent easy, and the move out process has been completely without a hitch. They were very understanding and flexible when I had to re-arrange the schedule as my new home was not ready on the original date.

If you're looking for a rental in LB, find one that's managed by WRA, they're excellent!!

I don't how they are for landlords. But As a renter, not impressed. As soon as they took over management, I felt it was all About dollar signs. even raised our rent in the middle of the pandemic(when it first started).
