The best meats of any Japanese BBQ I've ever been to. Real wygu meats, and the others are still very top notch. I'm so happy to have found this place nearby! The best meats without a stuffy atomophere.

Yamaya is an outstanding place to try Japanese style beef. I had lunch here, we tried the washu beef combo and one of the specials (a rib eye called "supersteak"). Everything was super fresh. The service were helpful and attentive. The best part, was lunch wasn't too expensive (although I saw dinner could be much more).

Here you will find wagyu beef. The quality of the meat is very excellent. It was a nice experience, but the prices are high

We had a phenomenal dining experience this weekend. I contacted the restaurant 3-4 days before the day we wanted to reserve - the manager, Masa, was extremely helpful. We had a larger party, with kids, and Masa made sure to assist with pre-ordering and planning in order to ensure the most efficient experience. His responses were quick, clear, professional. The restaurant was (understandably) busy on a Saturday night, but Masa continued to be very attentive and gave perfect service. The meal was unbeatable, with quality meats and side dishes that complemented. 5/5 all around.

Celebrated my dad's 88th birthday. Everything was delicious. Wagyu meat for 2, rib eye steak, sides of tofu, spicy cabbage , salad , cucumber, . . . a very special dinner.

Excellent service. Came for lunch and enjoyed the Washugyu Pound plate combination with motsunabe Hot Pot. Food was very delicious and Beef was amazing. Really enjoyed cooking each piece of meat. The motsunabe Hot Pot is a must get and they cook ramen noodles at the end in the leftover motsunabe broth.

Delicious, we had the pound plate for 2 adults and an eight year old for lunch. It is a little expensive for an every day thing but is nice for a treat.

I went here with my husband once during the lunch hour to try something new and they did not disappoint! The food was delicious and since we had been planning to go back for dinner. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
