I've been a loyal customer of Fast Tax Services for over a decade, and I cant speak highly enough of their exceptional service. Their efficiency and deep knowledge of tax matters have consistetly impressed me. Karla is literally the best I’ve ever worked with, she has handled my tax prep with utmost efficiency and I always walk out of her office feeling taken cared of! She is intelligent and knowledgeable, and will take her time to inform you and answer all questions you might have. Fast Tax Services is best place to come and do your taxes. The quality of Customer service is impeccable. Michael Gregg, was the accounting that assisted me with my taxes. The one thing that impressed me the most about him, was his transparency and, how he guided me step by step of what he was doing. In addition, he make sure that all my expenses were added into to my tax form. I remember I was missing some of the documents and he patiently waited 3 days for me to get the missing information. My taxes were submitted on time. I was able to reduce the amount that I had to pay to the IRS because my expenses were properly added to my tax forms. I definitely recommend doing your taxes with Michael , no hidden fees, high quality customer service, and he definitely knows what he’s doing. I am a happy customer!

Fast Tax was all of those things and more. The office is the nicest tax office I’ve ever visited and their prices were even cheaper than my previous preparer.

I have been coming to see Karla for four years. Love the one on one service and that I can make an appointment. I use to go to tax guy in Huntington Park and waited for hours. Glad I made the switch. My questions are always answered and they sent me a reminder every year. Check them out, you won't regret it.

This was my first year using their service after they purchased the tax group I had been with for 20 years. I was very nervous at first but Michael Greff was wonderful. He calmed my worries, quickly assisted me with a tax form issue I had and helped me meet the deadline I had pushed too close to the end. I left relaxed and happy with the service I received.

After my old tax professional suddenly decided to retire I was left w/no one to handle my taxes. Thankfully, he forwarded all of my information to the folks @ Fast Tax Services and it's as if he had never left. They had all of my information. Transition was a breeze. 2 years later and I continue to visit them to take care of my tax preparation and e-filing needs. Their office has a nice atmosphere. I had to take my kid in w/me this past Saturday and they had a smart tv w/Netflix already set up so he was totally taken care of while I was getting my taxes professionally handled by the tax pros over at Fast Tax Services. I will definitely continue contracting their services in the future. Highly recommended.

They are neighbor hood friendly Eagle Rock/Highland Park and surrounding LA area and you won’t get better, more effiecient, knowledgeable and above all friendly personal service ANYWHERE. I’ve been to all the Century City accounting firms and Fast Tax is superior.
