SO glad they are here to provide vaccines and healthcare to my little puppy as I was unable to locate a vet in all of the greater los angeles area for miles around who was accepting new patients or had availability before the end of summer. Got my pup at 3 mo w/o vaccine records so the first vet we saw said we will start from the beginning. They we very gentle, sweet and kind to my pup and me. Respectful, helpful, answered questions, provided a distracting treat while giving vaccinations, only a lil yelp out of my guy was when he received the microchip. They provided and explained clear aftercare instructions and scheduled us for our next f/u before we left. Pet-life savers. Thanks Vetco

The service was quick but I requested a perscription/ paperwork/ a receipt detailing the services we had received and was assured I would get them sent in an email and have yet to receive an email. Ive tried to contact the store several times and have never been able to get someone on the phone. Now I have to go back in person just to get what I should’ve gotten already.

I’ve been to this Vetco two times with two different pets & met two different doctors. Each time I had to leave angry because of the Vets here. The first doctor was talking in a very condescending tone & second doctor did’t know how to handle a cat!!!!!! What kind of vets are you guys hiring Vetco????!!!! I will never be back

They say online they open at 9am, lies lies lies. Have a sign out front that they open at 12pm, lies lies lies. They actually open at 1pm, truth truth truth.
