AAA Los Angeles Insurance and Member Services

I went to this location to transfer the title for my new vehicle today. It was done very quickly without waiting long time. Very convenient. Also the customer agent was very helpful, professional and friendly.

I knew my registration was due this month but I didnt get it in the mail. So I checked with AAA and I was able to pay my registration and get my tags....so Happy!

First, let's say the customer service is a plus. I was greeted with a smile and good conversation. I went around 1:00 pm so there was no waiting in line. I so like that I can handle some of my DMV needs at this location. There is plenty of parking, and you feel really safe at this location because of the many security guards. My car insurance quote was normal, however, the deductible was high. I left my cellphone and had to return. The insurance representative had it waiting for me. If you need travel information, then they have lots for you.

Yesterday (05/03/2024) I needed a smog check and since the AAA at this location can do them, I went there.
It was an IN&OUT visit- Courteous, Friendly, and Efficient.

I must say Selisa gave me Excellent and Speedy Service! I'm an office manager and I know what Great service is. Her manager should givet her a raise for being so efficient and dealing with customers in a courteous and professional manner!

A-1Membership, help me in numerous ways emergencies bought a brand new battery on the spot several tows for different reasons for instance to the shop, home,wherever needed such helpful services ect.try it u'll like it!

We love this AAA office. They make all the hard stuff easy: car insurance, VIN verification, car registration, drivers license renewal (unless you need to retake the driving test), smog certification, they can at least help with title problems too.
They even have a great travel agency. And ski lift ticket discounts!
You must be a AAA member, of course. We have maintained our membership for more than 30 years, not just for the roadside assistance but for full access to all this other stuff. I always go here first before going to the DMV, and 90% of the time, they can take care of it, whatever it is. Short lines, comfy chairs & travel magazines in the waiting area, beautiful building, friendly staff… well worth the annual membership fee.

amaze for the great service I receive from Giovanni, love his attitude, He make me feel really welcome, and really understood what I was looking for. I was able add some extras to my insurance and he walk me thru the whole process, really easy person to deal with. First time at this Office, excellent!

Was here to do my DMV registration, the first time the (male)staff made huge mistake and because of his mistake had to visit the place for the second time,
The second time I was helped with female (African American) I wish I remember her name she went above and beyond to fix the mistake that her coworker did, she was great and facilitated the process.
I cannot ask for more and as soon as I found her name will revise this post. She was great and so helpful

That's is my very favorite place to do all what concerns to my little Chevy Tracker! from license plate, registration, insurance, travel issues and elses! I loved! the location it's great the building it's so Historical, they do a great to keep it in excellent conditions! Security guards, always can find place to park in their own parking lot! What else we can ask?!!

My recent experience was one of the best that I have had in dealing with AAA. I give the 5 star rating to Melissa Martinez, not because she shares my last name but because she worked on making sure that all of my insurance and vehicle needs were met. She made sure that I understood the process and wad very Professional. She also notarized a document for me.

I'm not sure which aspect is my favorite: the meticulously manicured grounds, the amazing convenience, or the wonderfully helpful and friendly staff. It's definitely a close race. If you don't benefit from their services, at least do yourself a favor and go check out the building and landscape. While you're there, you may as well poke your head inside and say hello. While inside, you should quickly check out the selection of travel books available in order to get ideas for your next road trip.

This is a really big AAA office. Due to the current COVID 19 situation, there was a long line waiting outside and they only let a limited amount of people in at one time. They're open for DMV services, membership and insurance payments. There is off street parking. The employees are helpful and friendly.
