Starlight Terrace Cinemas

I went on a Sunday. There’s was ample parking, the staff was friendly, the seating was comfy and the other movie watchers were all pleasant. The bathroom wait was about 7mins. This was a clean place of business.

This has been one of my favorite movie theaters for years. Plenty of parking. The management is always active and helpful. I watched John Wick the other day and didn't leave the theater until 1:00 am. The lead staff was waiting with a smile and asked if I liked the movie. The bathrooms are always clean. My points add up quickly for free goodies. Oooo yeah, seniors get a discount, and you feel very safe.

Great Movie House! This is a smaller Movue Theatre, the Popcorn and two large drinks was $20, after a discount, they have several movies showing, didn't have to stand in line, they don't have sign yourself in and pay, you're asked to pick you're seats, the seats don't recline and it's $5.00 per ticket on Sunday!...before 6pm! No complaints here, went on New Years Eve. It was a great way to start to ring in the New Year. We saw AquaMan.

The theater reminded me of old, classic movie theaters. I felt like I stepped back in time and it was awesome. It's def not like the bigger chain theaters (i.e. Cinemark, AMC, Edwards, Arclight, etc.) it was the theater from like the 80's, or 90's. It was very nostalgic. Found this theater on Groupon and the deal covers tickets for 2 plus a free large popcorn (like the tub of popcorn), so make sure you buy a big drink to avoid getting parched during the movie. Lol. The theater attendants were friendly and helpful. The theaters were smaller but still big enough to enjoy a nice movie with the fam or friends. They theater was clean and didn't smell at all. The unique addition to this theater is that it's located on the 3rd level of a plaza/center, and the view from the parking lot, where you can see torrance, san pedro, long beach is breathtaking; hence prob why they call it Starlight Terrace Theaters. Lovely theater all around. Will def be going back again.

A great theater to watch the latest movies and special features as well. Online ticket purchases are available thru the free Starlight Cinema app and better prices are also available to app members at the snack counter. Plentiful parking in front and back of the theater so folks can exit thru the auditoriums to the huge rear parking lot when their movie is over. Early Bird pricing available during daytime hours before 6 pm and Senior pricing on specific days help folks have a little extra money to spend on drinks and treats. Friendly and helpful staff members and always clean theaters, bathrooms & public areas make patronizing this venue a real pleasure to visit.

Great theater with comfy seats they dont recline but lean back....screen size is decent.

First movie theater I've been to that allows you to bring your dog. Love it.

Really a great "Lil" local theater. It's always clean, well-staffed and has a great selection of new movies. They have a membership and I always seem to have savings.

The seating is comfortable and the theaters are not huge area; which really reduces noise and other nonsense. We don't go to the movies often, because of the streaming options. But when we do, we enjoy going to Starlight Terrace.

All Tuesday and before 6pm on Sunday is 5 dollars.
You really can't beat that. I try to go every week.

My wife and I go here regularly for $5 Tuesday movie deals. The theater is great for several reasons. It’s small, not flashy, good tuesday and afternoon deals. Never too crowded and just a nice simple theater with friendly staff. If you want to spend more to go to a newer bigger theater, not the one for you

Pre purchased discounted tickets online and it was nice that the service charge was only a dollar fifty, so the movie was under eight bucks! I like the roomier seating, the theater was clean and the employees were friendly. Love this local theater.

Still a great theater, never too crowded and the sound system is never too loud, and I REALLY appreciate that! The staff is is just as friendly as ever, the great prices and the convenience of the location are still a big part of why I frequent this theater.

Great little spot! Aleays a good selection of movies offered, clean venue, well staffed. I love the perks for Starlight members and the affordable tickets and snacks. I don't know how they do it, but it means that other big theaters can learn a whole lot from this business 💯

First time and let me tell you, it won't be the last. Already spread the word to my friends and relatives. Talk about a hidden gem. Employees are very courteous and professional. Can't recommend this place enough. Keep up the exceptional service!

Went in for a cheap movie. Watched Avatar for 5 bucks on a Sunday. We were thr only group there in the morning. So a great place to see a movie . No one to bother us. Bought popcorn, nachos and a soda for a great price too. Recommend it.

It was a great experience, It was very clean My daughter and I had a great time. I like that it's a small family type environment.
