A client of mine needed a new cook top for their rental property. I got the measurements and talked to Jim in sales dept. He found exactly what the client wanted and matched home depot price. SHOP LOCAL.

Had an issue Saturday. Posted a review that I now want to amend. Talked to these guys today…didn’t make me go into a story of any sort, just offered to fix it. I’m updating my review to 5 stars because they cared enough to fix and resolve an issue, even if minor to most. This shows me they are the type of company that will be there for you even after service/sale. You can’t fake that. Us customers can be hard to deal with, they will treat you with professionalism no matter the mood you are in.

Mark listened to my family needs and showed me the perfect washing machines for me. Did not try to talk me into the most expensive, I really appreciated the honest help. Jeremiah delivered it the next day. He was very polite, professional and respectful of my home. Hooked it up for me and tested it. Thank you both for making a difficult project very easy.

Made my second purchase here after 15+ years of great use from my first purchase. And again, excellent customer service! Although this time they don't readily have available what we want, will only need to wait a couple of weeks.

I bought a washer from Pardini about a month ago - the sales, service, delivery and installation was top class; couldn't be happier. I've been meaning to write a review for a while. Today, a dryer died on me, I'd not bought it from Pardini - but they were able to sell me the parts and give me advice on how to fix the problem. Great people. The best appliance sales and service outfit in town - by far!

Local service that can not be beat. Sure, you can shop the big box but Pardini is where you should buy. If you have a problem they will take care of you. The big boxes will give you the run around and can do nothing for servicing or warranty work. You are on your own. Mark and Jim really know what they are doing and know the equipment they sell. Given all that and the fact that they price match and that Brand Source has more buying power than Home Depot it is clear that Pardini is the best option. We just had our dryer die. Padini got us a very a nice unit at a excellent price. They had several in stock and were able to deliver, install and haul away the old unit.

We were able to get a stove same day. The person who helped us was super knowledgeable and friendly.We tried home depot first and they told us we would have to wait 3-4 months before the one we wanted would be in. They don't keep any stoves in stock at Home depot.

After asking about estimated repair costs for an over-the-range microwave, was able to determine that spending between an additional $100 and $150 was going to be more cost effective over the next 7 to 10 years. Ordered a new microwave and got install for a minimal additional amount. Great staff, both in store and service/install.

A wonderful family owned business that had our dishwasher in stock where no one else at the big box stores had them very reasonable price and great customer service parking was convenient and overall a wonderful experience

I visited Pardini today. Jim helped me finalize my washer/dryer pair decision. He made it easy and I went with Electrolux. I got a better deal than Home Depot. Fantastic experience!!!

The gentleman I had talked with gave me more information then the washer and dryer I am working on had on it. Then gave me other number for a part the store did not have. I will be calling this store up first for my appliance parts. Thank You so much for the help. I also saw a few things I will be going back to buy hopefully soon. The rest of the staff were helpful when I showed up to get my little parts.

What a helpful place to buy appliances and beds. If you want to buy appliances, come here. They price match, very affordable and skilled delivery and installation, and are just friendly people looking to get you the right equipment for your home.

Great sales service with no pressure. Typically I would expect a place like this to be expensive however they price match with the larger chain stores. This combined with maintenance service makes them the best place in town for appliances.

Top quality delivery means set up and make sure it is working properly. Not dropping off in the driveway. Delevery man was very nice and professional.

I called for a new dishwasher. Lily was most helpful giving me information needed and its coming in 4 days. Not alot to chose from due to covid 19 so I hope its a good one.
