I have been with MFA off and on for about 6 years. I've tried to stick with the same doctor, and it went pretty good. The front desk clerks and assistants have always been so nice and helpful. They are not the type of organization that procrastinate when it comes to you getting the help that they are there for. The major that I know have been there for years, they do their exact job description. If any issues that may arise they either correct it or they will have a few options to assist you as similar as possible. I really do appreciate all the hard effort and responsibility they put in to help me and this community. They are highly respected. Go MFA family!!!

Doctor Kano is amazing. I have never felt so seen and heard by a doctor before, and he also took the time to explain what my issue is and how the medication helps.

I feel like sometimes a lot of places or people don’t get enough credit for what they try to do. I am very grateful for this clinic, the doctors the staff. I LOVE MY DOCTOR, Dr. Kristen! She’s the best! I work at customer service so working with customers ain’t easy specially medical field, so I admire them!!! Thank you all! I have been going to this place for about 8 years already. Came here for my first pregnancy and very first appointment and the nurse practitioners and doctors are all so nice but unfortunately I did not have a good experience with the ladies at the front desk. I was told by the nurse practitioner I was already 11 weeks along and I have not done any blood work or ultrasounds or anything for baby because it’s been so difficult for me to get an appointment as it is, so she recommended I make an appointment within a week to see the OB. When I went to the front desk to schedule the older women who was helping me told me there was nothing until January with the doctor I had originally wanted which I understood but is kind of ridiculous. I had told her if there was anything sooner because the nurse really recommended I see someone ASAP. She proceeded to act annoyed and in a rude manner. She was only able to book me an appointment a whole month away which makes me extremely nervous because I have no idea of what the health of my baby is. I just wish they would act like they actually care about patients well being and doing what’s best. I want to come back here because I have heard amazing things about the doctors but my experience with the ladies at the front desk was disappointing and frustrating.

If you want your child to be seen by a pediatrician who DOESN’T care for them, then see Dr. Mahajan.
She is the pediatrician we went too whom at one month old told me my child had colic due to crying while passing gas. My baby would ONLY cry when passing gas. She said that means she has colic and I asked, isn’t that when they’re crying 24/7? She said not always. She’ll out grow it though. I took it upon myself to switch her formula to a sensitive kind that helps with gas and my child stopped crying. Why wasn’t that not the first recommendation as our pediatrician? On top of that she is hard to get ahold of via phone or appointments (never will get a same day appt especially if your child is ill and needs to be seen) and if you message on the portal asking a question she gets upset. I truly don’t know why she is a doctor, you can tell she can care less because the children she sees aren’t HER child. I wouldn’t take the time to make this review if I didn’t strongly want to warn other mamas. Save yourself some time and find another doctor who will listen to your concerns, not dismiss you, and truly care for your child’s well being! Just to mention, she also didn’t want to make a referral for us when it was recommended by a hospital due to abnormal behavior. Again, this shows how much she hates doing anything that will take up her time.

Great place to go for prevention health care. Unfortunately a horrible place to go if you develop medical problems. They are so booked they don't leave room for people that get sick. They then referred me to their Urgent Care that said they didn't have the equipment to run proper testing and told me to go to the ER. Went back to MFA and seen a doctor that made a referral to a surgeon. That office called me and said the next appointment available was almost a month away. I will be looking for a new medical facility.
