What we love about Torrey and his team is the genuine family atmosphere and the trust that is created by their high ethical standards, their ‘I really want to get to know you as a person” approach to the business vs the usual sales hype. Torrey tells it like it is and does what he says he’s going to do. What we’re semi-ambivalent about: NOTHING!!!

During my adult life, I've held insurance policies from a handful of companies with adequate experiences. However, it wasn't until we switched to Torrey that I felt like I was valued as a client. It's not about the policies State Farm provides (they have something for everyone, guaranteed), it's about Torrey's commitment to making sure every client gets the customized portfolio he or she needs. There is no cookie-cutter approach. Everyone in the office understands each person is unique, and they take great care in the suggestions they make for clients. Buying insurance is one of those necessities that nobody wants to deal with much less pay for but when the time comes that we need it, we're definitely thankful we have it! I just started a new career that requires the use of a personal vehicle so I'm borrowing a family members until I'm ready to purchase mine.
