Love how perfect they cook steaks to order. Just got a tomahawk plate that the wife and I shared and still had some left over for lunch the following day. The sides are awesome. Hummus, chionani salad and kids love the fries and rice. Always great service and delicious food. Steak house grade A meats worth every penny.

Bravo, ChopShop. Wow. I’ve never seen a place like this. The best meat I’ve ever seen at a fast food spot. It’s like a butcher and a kebob spot all in one. Who ever started this place is a genius.

Price is a little higher than your normal fast food spot but the quality and amount of food is more than worth it. Highly recommend this spot.

This place is amazing!! High quality meats, delicious dishes and many different options. I go here when I'm in Van Nuys and I'm never disappointed.

Chicken kabob sandwich with the pita bread, all toppings, and their hummus on the side was 👌. Chicken was well cooked and grilled. Nice char flavor, but not burnt and fresh vegetables to compliment. Hummus was great, not grain, more creamy which I personally loved. I had to add some heat, so I added some hot sauce to go with it. Sandwich was too good and I didn't get a shot of how it looked lol.

I used to work as a Michelin chef and I can say for a fact that this place is a great bang for your buck. They cook your protein to order and you can also order raw proteins to go. They even have American Wagyu from my understanding, but I wished it was true Japanese Wagyu. Regardless, I'll be coming back for sure. I didn't think this place would be anything crazy, but a nice simple pita wrap sandwich definitely hit the spot for me after my workout.

Noe, gave me the run down for the menu. Great service, attitude, and personality all round. Ofc I wouldn't say it's Michelin standards, but definitely great quality just for a sandwich. I'm definitely coming back with friends and family. The wait can be up to 15mins or more when they're busy, but it's well worth it in my opinion. Cheers, Noe. 😎👌

The chop shop is great, I absolutely love this concept. You can order either a plate, bowl, or sandwich. Pick your protein and then your base. They are also a butcher so you can get meat cuts to go. I got a chicken kabob salad and it was very filling and delicious. I would highly recommend and would love to come back.

Nice shop to get a good hot sandwich. I got rib eye in a burger bun - it was really good! Meat is super tender and the size is pretty good. I ll definitely come back again

Simply delicious. When all seems like it's going array, what could be better than some meat, potatos and...hummus? This place is so clean, with friendly people, and prompt and accurate service. In, out and eating. The prime rib is soooooo good! Perfectly cooked medium rare, just the way I love my meat. The lamb is pretty awesome as well. But that's for next time. Best oxtail plates everything is very good here the desert bulkis are to die for please stop by and order everything lol jk great service and great atmosphere also one more time the meat are wagyu and too die for!

Food is good, enough for me to come back. I ordered a Lamb Kabob plate (rare) with a side of tzatziki, tabbouleh and hummus.

Chop Shop offers quality meats and fish at a fair price. This is one of two locations, both of which have a deli where you can purchase various meats to go or have something cooked to order for dining inside. They have plates (I highly recommend their kebab..lamb or beef), salads and sandwiches (hamburgers are a bit messy but excellent). Meats include: beef, lamb, pork, chicken and fish (a few choices). They have a large selection of side items to choose from including: fries, mashed potatoes, rice, cabbage salad (excellent btw) and more. Service is friendly and everything is freshly prepared to order. EDIT: the french fries have changed recently, they are no longer the blister style fries...now they are just standard looking (and tasting) fries. Oh well.

Soooooo delicious and tasty. + quality is there you can tell by the freshness of the meat and the tenderness. I’m not a meat person but once in a while I buy some meat and really I’m very happy to have found this place. They sell also different kind of entrees. My favorite is the roasted chicken ! You need to know that they can cook the meat on the spot for you if you want. For sure, it’s pricey, but once in a while, it’s really worth it.

Bought pre-marinated beef and chicken kebab for a BBQ. The meat was delicious and we really liked the chicken marinade.

I recommend this place for a number of reason. So for the holidays I made a order for catering and from me ordering on the phone with the amount of stuff and type of stuff it was such great service. Richard is super helpful. I ordered a few kinds of meats and to be completely honest they tasted better then places I have ordered from the past. Also the amount that I ordered was the amount that I got where as most places stiff you on the quanity. I will be ordering all my big and small orders from here from now on.

Stopped by for lunch after talking with friends who had nothing but praise for this place. Can't speak on other locations, but here the service was excellent, had a Tri Tip Salad and it had a very generous portion of tri tip and was quite filling. Also had Chicken and Pork Belly Kabobs, both were tasty, chicken was perfectly cooked. I can't wait to go back and try the rest of the menu!

Love this place. I've had their plates and Salad bowls with rib eye or their ranchero. It never disappoints, meat is always perfectly cooked (i get medium rare) and all of their sides are tasty.
