A truly amazing company!! We had issues with our blinker light for almost a year, went to several auto places that were higher named and they kept telling us it was electrical and that it was an issue with the wiring. Couldn’t get anywhere with it. Went to these guys and turned out it wasn’t wiring at all, was fixed within 15 minutes. They will be a go to for all our car issues from now on. They were also so kind here, I really recommend them!

Wonderful service and great people!! My car quit on the highway while passing through town and Emilio fit it in right away, actually driving over to get it, quickly diagnosing the issue (belt and pulley in need of replacement), and repairing it so I could get on the road again as quickly as possible.

He was extremely kind and helpful throughout (as was the office lady, though I didn't catch her name) and made a stressful situation so much better! Plus his prices were more than fair.

E&J Auto Repair is great. We've taken all of our vehicles there many times and always get reasonably priced fast turnaround and honest service.

Went in for an oil change and the service was very quick. The owner was very accommodating and helpful. The business dog, Nelly was also the cutest and loved belly rubs.

We got stuck in Merced and they helped us right away. They were so professional, prompt and honest. Great communication and very kind. 10/10

After going to SIX (6) different places to try to figure out why one (1) kept saying not ready for smog so technically not failing. In contacting the smog referee and them saying there was nothing they could do that I should try taking it to a dealer and the dealer saying they don't work on cars for smog check.
I took the car to E&J and he was able to figure out the problem and pass smog within a few hours.
Highly recommend excellent customer service!!! I will definitely be returning for any future mechanical needs.

Awesome service great prices.. I called around for the repair I needed and theses guys are the cheapest. Definitely the fastest as well. The job I wanted was done the same day. definitely no one els was able to do that. I was even provided a vehicle to get me back home

Honest people who were willing to help us out despite their busy schedule. Ultimately we decided to drive home to our mechanic since the issue was under warranty, E&J didn't charge us for the diagnostic and recommended a good place for lunch. If we ever get stuck in Merced again, we will give them a call!

Highly recommend going here for your repairs. Our car’s alternator pulley was broken (unbeknownst to us) and the car’s electricity starting failing. We had the car towed immediately to the shop and they worked hard to get us back on the road, knowing we were in a rush. They ordered the car parts we needed and got them in the day of. Emilio (the owner) was nice and walked us through the issues with the car. Darla at the front desk was very kind, helpful, and efficient.

Front office lady was very nice. They were fast and super cheap.

Emilio and the team are great here . They are the most reasonable in town . I had them change the motor and manual trans in my civic. Car is running great the past couple years since they did the work. Highly recommend
