You have to enjoy a quality cup of coffee! This coffee takes time so don’t come if you need it fast. They have knowledgeable baristas and service is wonderful. The store has merchandise and baked goodies. The muffins are delicious! This time around I had their trimusu coffee it came with a cookie it was so good!!! Photo attached.

This place is so beautiful! I came to Raleys for a quick trip. But I decided to get coffee here. I was recommended by the employee to try the Mexican mocha. It was delicious.

Great student and college staff patrons and locals alike seem to flock here. I am addicted to the drip ... Perfect blends that I can't get enough of. When I'm in town, this ismt go-to!

First time at ASIP and the place has a comfy vibe. You can work there while drinking coffee and it’s peaceful. There was no line when I went and the employees were nice. I love the service and got Americano.

Cute little coffee shop, very good espresso, lots of beautiful plants, nice people, and a few treats. They have a nice espresso machine... shiny! Tons of plants all over which I love. They have beautiful natural wood tables that are stunning! The overall ambiance is very relaxing. Swing by, get a cappuccino, sit down, and chill.

Wonderful coffee shop right next to Raley's.
They have another location down on Main St. as well - unfortunately, that location was recently burglarized. Please consider helping this business, which makes way better coffee than you-know-who and will do so with wonderful customer service.

The space is perfect for working and also for hanging out on a weekend. I love their regular drip coffee, no need for creamer cuz it already tastes great!

Great Lattes and cold brews. So far, that's all I've had here. Great atmosphere and very knowledgeable and friendly baristas that take pride in their pours. If you choose to stay and have your coffee here. You get your hot coffee in a real cup or if you go cold brew, you'll get it in a real glass. My favorite place in the Central Valley for coffee.

ASIP coffee shop is a bright shining star in a town that is otherwise very dreary and sad. Merced has suffered a lot since the recession a few years ago. Each cup of coffee at ASIP is made by a talented barista with fun designs and everything. He and the whole crew are very friendly and interested in the customers. The shop is simply decorated with wood tables and succulents everywhere. The night I was there they had an impromptu song Night because it happened to be National Coffee Day. What impressed me the most was that the people in the coffee shop joined in the songs as well as interacted together as a community talking to the counter people and each other. It was just a really nice community place to go. They do all of their own coffee roasting and sell their roasted coffee in bags as well. They make delicious muffins and I just enjoyed the atmosphere as well as a coffee. They had Mexican hot chocolate and Mexican coffee which are always winners in my world.

Flat whites done perfectly 👌🏻 few places know how. Seriously it’s not rocket 🚀 science but maybe it is 😂 might as well for the masses of chain “coffee” places. Simple coffee, good coffee don’t need sweeteners or sugars. Only bad is theres no apple pieces in the pastries.. I’d expect it not sauce/gravy. Won’t get that if I do come back.

Trying something new payed off. We asked the barista which would be the best drink we went thru so many and their differences. We finally picked the rose latte for here. They have plenty of milk substitutes. The astetics compliment the welcoming staff. The large communal wooden table brought the room together. Will be going back regularly.

Excellent local coffee house with amazing signature coffee options. Best if enjoyed in the amazing environment created for socialization and relaxation. The baristas are friendly and skilled at producing great flavors.

Went there multiple times since this posting and tried and assortment of drinks from their menu. Their matte latte is absolutely delicious!!

If you are into coffee world and love specialty coffee you have to try this place .

Was on a very long road trip, and we needed to stop for a little while, so we googled coffee, and found this place.

Very trendy and hipster coffee house for the middle of Central California. Lovely menu, and plenty of different choices for coffee beans.

I ordered a flat white, which was made amazingly, and had plenty of flavour. I deeply enjoyed it! One of the best in California I have had.

Would highly recommend for a stop on a long trip, refreshing, and deeply relaxing there.

Amazing coffee shop! Great customer service. Affordable prices. Enough sitting outside and inside. Very close to freeway and easy access to the place. Relax and cozy place to meet and spend time with your loved ones. Highly recommend! I sure will be back again.
