Every location is busy, so expect a line, but it typically moves fairly quickly. If you want to avoid super long waits, avoid sticker days. Employees have been nice for the most part. I’ve never had issues here!

Got this drink for my birthday today and let me say This drink is amazing! I don’t know what it’s called but Shay recommended it! She was Awesome as well! Forsure wouldn’t mind coming back and trying more thank you shay!

We all likely know by now how great Dutch Bros is, whether its their customer service, employees, or their incredible drinks, Dutch Bros consistently delivers on all fronts. I have to say, this particular DB is the fastest one I've been to. I was greeted with a smile, asked how my morning has been. Right after the brief pleasantries. My order was taken swiftly and accurately. Its worth mentioning, both sides of the drive thru lines had about 4 cars each, so yes 8 cars in front of me... i was in and out in no mare than several minutes. I was blown away how quickly they were getting people in and out! I was in the far lane and even had my drinks brought right out to my side while 2 cars were still in front of me. I was able to grab my drinks and jam! Wonderful job Merced DB management and staff!! TOP NOTCH!!

I love this place. The people are super nice. A few standouts. Courtney, Riley, Daniel, Veronica, and Grace super cool people. I'm usually at Dutch Bros 4-5 days out of my week. My go to at the moment is the white chocolate lavander cold brew.

First timer here! The staff was friendly and the coffee was great! They have a drive through at this location and it's near the freeway. They had music playing outside too!

My favorite coffee spot!! Customer Service is 100% pure energetic positive vibes! The coffee is strong and delicious 😋 and the wait is fairly quick. (About the same as Starbucks, only at Dutch Bros. they use the wait time as a chance to ask about your day and get to know you more..)

Always good, no matter the location. Consistent, good coffee any way you like.
Today was a sugar free vanilla breve, my husband ordered mine over ice, it's good, but I think I prefer hot.

The people here are always nice and give awesome drinks. You don't have to wait long to get your drink and they bring them out if the lines are backed up. If you do have to wait, the keep a casual conversation and their outfits are always on style. Love going to Dutch Bros!

I always get a caramelized hot 911 and I add usually two more shots of expresso

i dont know the girls name that helped my daughter and i thys morning, but all i have to say is that she was so nice and patient with us, my daughter is only 5 and it was her first time there, so you know with that being said, we went through the list and the dutch bro girl waited and i even told her she could go back to work and i would let her know when we decided what we wanted. an she no i will wait its fine, and i love the fact that she didn't rush us or make us feel rushed. she was so sweet and helpful. and air five to the girl that gave my daughter her drink...she was super nice as well. if i only knew their names, but i they should know who they are. thank you so much girls. i love their attitudes. we need more girls like that i=working in our stores. love ya and i sure will be back to get more. thank you again

Love our Rebel drinks always try to stop ih for one when possible. This location has always been great with being friendly and fast on your orders. And have always made them perfect for us.

The Dutch Bros on Childs avenue in Merced is amazing! Nate had a great team. Their drinks are more than delicious and the service is above and beyond! I will never go to their competitors again.

I was going to volunteer, across the street at Golden valley school, for the Tahiti fest which is Hawaiian dancing. And I needed a cup of coffee I went across to Dutch Brothers for the first time, and they were terrific, their coffee was even better than Starbucks. They had fast service and, their employees were very friendly. They had one of their employees, taking the orders outside . it was raining he was under an umbrella so, by the time you drove up to the window it was ready. I was recommend this place great service great coffee.

I LOVE Dutch bros! I came for the caramel pumpkin brûlée. Make sure you get your free sticker the first Wednesday of every month!!!
