11/17/21 Went to Home Depot for pool supplies and saw they had Noble Fir Christmas Trees available. They are the most beautiful , and full trees I have seen in years !!!! Congratulations to the Buyer who got these in for HD customers ! Merry Christmas 🎄 3/18/21: What is it with this place and Triple 15 fertilizer ???? Cant seem to have it readily available.... have every other fertilizer under the sun EXCEPT the one that is used extensively by almost everybody at this time of year , spring time . Been here 3 times in the last 3 weeks and zero triple 15 on hand 🤔 ORIGINAL Post :July 25, 2020...I would rate their customer service on the phone a big ZERO if reviews would allow !!! I have been to this store 2 times in the last 7 days trying to buy 50 lb , triple 15 , fertilizer which has been out of stock . I live 1 hr away and didn’t want to make another empty handed trip ( their website says store close to me has 39 bags of Bandini triple 15 and it does not . They normally carry CHS for 50 lb bags ) Called 3 different including Customer service , no answer !! Tried calling the Pro Desk , Mark answers the phone , says he can’t help me because it’s not his Dept ( You work there man ) NOR can he transfer me to a customer service person because his phone won’t allow ..... wow .

Helpful staff, got my sink ordered and found a faucet that matched.

Saturday, June 3, 2023, me and my cousin went to paint department exhausted from searching for paint to touch up damaged walls. We had been to two other places. Sorry I did not get the name of the young lady who helped us. She was extraordinary. Matched our paint chips PERFECTLY. The two places we went to prior were not helpful at all and really didn't care. Not this gal at Home Depot. She was friendly, professional, intelligent and helped us with our paint dilemma. From now on Home Depot is our first stop for home and garden projects.

Employees in paint were really super sweet. They were also very nice in the garden. They helped my disabled family member out without even batting an eye. Thank you.

Great deal on Mulch 5 for $10 black, brown, or red. Only for 1 week. Flowers are in full bloom

I always end up with my cart full! I love their garden area. Like to go to the cabinet section where everything is set up you can get easily inspired with lots of remodeling ideas. The employees are always very helpful, cheerful and knowledgeable of their merchandise.

My daughter works for them so I had to learn to like them. Kinda growing on me but still prefer Lowe’s

You can get most everything in one place. Of course you can't get food nor animal supplies BUT it's so easy to POP in and get everything from cleaning supplies to outdoor needs . The prices are competitive with other places & cheaper than some . The staff is very friendly and helpful. The store is clean and its pet friendly . They give treats to the pooches, so take them with you next time.

The app gives this place my rating. You can locate items on the app much easier than just walking around. This tool makes it very easy for people like myself who have a vision disability

We were able to drive to Merced get the job paid for over the phone and walk out with the materials to get the job done all in about 5 minutes.

Great place to get any supplies you need, and great assistance.

Okay now this, this is one of my favorite places on the entire planet. I don't get me wrong Lowe's is awesome too but this place has one of the greatest assortments of flashlights among other things that I've ever encountered. Great staff great products

I love Home Depot! The prices are great, the selection is outstanding, and the quality has always been satisfactory! The Merced Home Depot is clean, well-organized and the service is pretty amazing for how much business they are doing every time I go in there. I mean all days and all open hours, makes no difference, I never have a long wait, the staff who have helped me are knowledgeable and personable. Every time!!

My experience at Home Depot was great it is a lot better than it used to be. A guy by the name of Wes that works their was awesome he knew exactly where to go on every knee that I needed in fact a lot of the time she helped me go there and get it. I wasn't going to buy a freezer but because of him I ended up buying one I really needed one anyway. He's got a great smile and a good sense of humor and he really knows his stuff thank you Wes. Also the place is much cleaner and the staff is also very friendly thank you

Sonny in the paint department was AMAZING. I needed to get a color match to a color that I already had, but the closest one was very different from what I needed. Another employee told me that there was nothing she could do and that was it. I was extremely disappointed and about to leave when Sonny came and said let me take a look. HE LITERALLY ADJUSTED THE PAINT TO THE EXACT SHADE THAT WE NEEDED. I am so thankful. He is truly an employee who is there for more than just a paycheck.

Convenient and accessible right off freeway. Hours have for most part returned to normal. Always easy to find someone to help. Very courteous staff. Give and take,or better yet, back and forth prices on who is lower between them and Lowe's.

Great place for anything you need home related and so much more as well! We go here for all kinds of things but what a good deal on getting carpet installed! I see some reviews on here that are not so good but in my experience customer service has been great. Thanks Home depot!

Merced Home Depot is one of the best Home Depots with (for the most part) the friendliest staff at a home improvement store. Jim from Electrical is always helpful and friendly.

The staff are amazing! They go above and beyond to help especially the staff in lumber and garden sections. Thank you so much for all if your help!!
